About a year later, Ex1 and I were back talking. We both have moved on, she has a serious boyfriend now(I was seeing Ex2).. Even though I was trying to be all nice, her actions in the past were still fresh.

In between our discussion, I brought up her trip from Owerri - Enugu, and this girl confirmed it that she had gone to see a guy!! Omo! You need to see the look on my face, I cried in my hearts that day. One thing about this moment's that, sometimes a part of me would say "what if you're wrong?" and "what if she went straight to Enugu?"

To console myself I had to exercise Okafor's law, and then let her be.

The customer I have this encounter with could be in to fraud but my mind keeps telling me that he didn't actually come for that on this particular day. Because he exchanged number with my boss even when we haven't carried out the transaction. The name he gave to my boss to save his contact corresponds with the name on the whatsapp business profile that his number is linked to. It also correspond with the name on the ATM card which he attempted to use for the payment before the POS machine couldn't read his card and finally, it also correspond with the name on the receipt of the transaction so I called this kind of criminals "opportunistic criminals."
He was also the first to to call me informing me that the money was reversed to his account that he was going to try to resend it.
It's like someone with a bolder criminal mindset advised him not to resend the money after he called me.
