Phones › Re: Which Network Provider Disturbs With Promotional Messages The Most? by Chidexter(m):
MTN MTN MTN!.

they send approximately 5-6 useless messages daily and on celebration periods up to 10.
Now i ignore their MESSAGES THEY HAVE RESORTED TO CALLING ME!!!!

HINT/CAUTION: The funny part is that they have deviced a means of sending these messages inform of an alert, where your phone asks you to click Yes or No.

If you mistakenly click Yes, you're on your own.
There was a time my phone was switched off for a day and an half due to bad battery, on purchasing a new one, i immediately plugged my phone and switched it on.:...
Almost immediately, messages started trooping in, and i was already getting afraid lest my phone vibrate and sing to death lol.

Messages like: Send 0260077 to 4100 to prophecy new things to your callers with callertunez... How can i prophecy when i'm not even a pastor, i quickly delete am before i do mistake, prophecy for person say him go receive gift of car and at the end e no Receive.

Please dont bother calling their customer careline, after you wait for like 10mins(not surprising since perhaps 50 thousand other disturbed peeps are calling for same reason) if they enventually pick up, and you're done complaining.
Please have it at the back of your mind that:

1. Nothing will be done... Yes absolutely nothing will be done, the care agent would even look for ways to put the blame on you

2. I've noticed Calling them to complain of constant promo messages, automatically adds your phone number to their number one customers to receive it.... Yeah more like a TO DO LIST.....
I once complained, the agent assured me that everything is fine now, it didnt get up to 2mins later, i received another pointless message. I just shaked my head....

They are very crafty, and the only reason i'm still on this network is because its quite popular among my peers.

I'm am not an atheist and you are still confused.

It does correlate. How would anyone take you serious when you believe and advocate that your own people are descendants of the same people you call racists. And you expect me to "do away" with this fact.
Please kindly quote where i said the Isrealites are racist. I did make mention of white, but i never categorised it, some of them are, while some are not. Its as simple as that, if you still dont get it then i'm sorry there's nothing else i can do for you.

You are confused. Here is one of your posts from recent threads.
Now i understand where the problem's from.

You're an atheist, before i started i said do away with any form of religious inclination, whether atheism or anyother.
Whether i agree with that or not doesnt correlate with what i'm talking about.

Again, its typical of we africans, quick to judge our own brothers but shiver when its against foreigners.

It's not about showing the world, it's about doing it for your own sake and each other.

A person doing something because they are in need of attention and acceptance is still a slave.
How typical,...
So if i decide to dress ruggedly so i can fit in with say a ghetto gang am automatically a slave? Lol.
I change my football club from Arsenal to Chelsea, definitely i need attention and also i want to be accepted so automatically i'm a slave?.

You arent doing things for yourself only but to those around you. Thats exactly what i meant. If i were to say, NASA, or British scientist said that..... Automatically you will agree, even without reading what that said or what they are trying to prove

Just change your thinking mate.
how typical of you, instead of showing support, you simply looked for a certain term to criticise. This sums up the reason we're still backwards. SMH

First of all, Africans need to eradicate the white man's god totally. Such has only brought backwardness and greed to our continent.

Secondly, OP do away with your mentality of Igbos and Yorubas being descendant of Israelites. Such foolish believes does not only contradict your entire post both reeks of inferiority complex and ignorance.
Do away with tribalism in relation to racism. I never said i agreed with that. Did i?.
Infact if anything, the isrealites originated from us.
Christianity Etc › Arise O! Africans by Chidexter(op):
I dont care if you're from Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Cameroun e.t.c.
I dont care if you're a Muslim, Christian, Atheist, Traditional worshipper and what have you.....

Africans throughout the course of history we have been treated like shit!. We've been spat on, enslaved, abused, castigated, killed and so many other atrocities...

If you watch football, there's always a logo that says, 'Say No To Racism' but has that stopped racism in football? NO!.

I know we blacks aren the only ones that are susceptible to racism, the Chinese are often called blind by racists because their eyes are smaller.

Take the case Shinji Kagawa, who became well known when he signed for Man-United. The Internet was ablaze, with stuffs like, some saying they arent sure if he can see the papers he'll be signing on.

Some other races have been victims of racism, but that of Africa is far too obvious and popular.

For how long will this continue?. Even if you're a light skinned african as long as you are from a country thats in africa you arent safe....

Over the course of a few years i've been on the internet and facebook specifically, i have come across some supposed whites with absurd attitudes, while a few of them have been friendly, some of which are my best internet buddies, there is a high number of them who are more or less racist.
Infact i can categorically say, 65percent of non-africans are secretly racists....

When you hear an American that randomly posts something like. Dont you like watermelons? Or chicken?.
He or she is being cheeky and racist in disguise.
How do i know? I've studied their ways, i'm friends with some of them, i just wanted to study their behaviour and identify some traits in them.

Our forefathers worked as slaves and during that time they tilled day and night, but werent given much to eat.
The most edible and popular fruit then was watermelons and poultry birds were the easiest source of proteins. Our forefathers consumed these secretly because they werent well fed.. Hence the reason why it has now been accustomed to blacks.

If you still dont understand just google it or better still, check on facebook about a popular black gamer, named KsiOlajide.
He's quite popular and each pics he posts about gaming gathers support as well as yeah, you guessed it right, racists....

Do you know that many americans, brits, e.t.c. Still think Africans cant afford electricity? Good houses? Roads? Electronic gadgets e.t.c.
Infact, i've come to realise that they are dunces and very dumb.
They rely heavily on what the media, most especially CNN, Aljazeera post about africa.
Imagine a certain American inboxed me one day, i never knew who he was, but he just asked me, How come i am able to access the internet?.

I was dumfounded and flabbergasted simultaneously...but i recollected myself and went on to give him a tutorial about africa he'd never forget. I posted pics of shopping malls, buildings, exotic cars e.t.c.
He appreciated it at the end. I was happy with myself because i know i've just lectured an UNEDUCATED american, he really neeeded that introduction to Africa 101, which i duly obliged.

Some years ago, pictures of African kids gathering near a brown, muddy river from a war torn country, were posted online.
The whites turned it into something else, many of them instead of expressing sympathy with the basic knowledge that all nations can be wrecked by war, but many of them didnt. They started posting things like, How can we send aid to africa when they can afford TEA and chocolate(making reference to that muddy river).

Africans Arise.

Do you know Dr Bennet Omalu? He's a Nigerian doctor who resides in the U.S.
He's the first doctor to discover a neurological/Brain disease he called Chronic Traumatica Encephalopathy.
Its basically a new type of conccussion where prolonged head injuries, caused NFL(an american type of football) players to have brains like that of an 80yr old. Many of them when they retire experience different brain problems like, forgetfullness, sudden change of mood, depression e.t.c.

This Nigerian Doctor's finding certainly opened the eyes of many, and it is said that 95percent of NFL players will experience this in their lives.

This doctor personally shared tales on how, many americans including fellow doctors like him calling him names, that he's black and shouldnt dictate what goes on in their country
Can you Just Imagine!
If it was an American who discovered that disease, i swear it would have made waves, and everyone would have known him and acknowleged his research and findings.

Now, there's a movie made by hollywood named Conccussion that will soon be released in Reference/thankfulness to the doctor for his findings.
Will smith will play the role of the doctor.

The world's fastest computer was created by a Nigerian, but i can randomly ask anyone including Africans and they wont be able to say his name. Why? Cos he isnt white of course.

If it were a white man who created that, it would have been carried across all media outlets, gatherings and even placed in schools and ICT Centers.....
Africans Arise!.

Some months ago, i commented on a topic i liked on facebook and suddenly an indian guy by name Navjit Singh, called me a Nigger and asked me to go back to the fields.

Ahahahahaha, based on my years of experience on such remarks, i laughed it off and told him politely, that am currently at home, relaxing and surfing the net with my laptop. He replied, that i would be flogged if i dont go back to work on the field.
That was when i sparked and told him to shut up and go back to worshipping cows( incase you dont know, millions of indians worship cows. I would have loved to post about that but its a story for another day).

That statement i made hurt him so much, i then went on to tell him that i'm much better than him at least i dont worship cows and let then trample on him. And two, most importantly I HAVE NEVER BEEN A SLAVE LOOOOL.

Since then, he doesnt say nonsense about me again.

Whats my point?. Africans should fight back!. we should defend ourselves, dont castigate your own country, love your country like its your life!
Be Patriotic, make Africa a bigger, Better Continent.

We are blessed as Africans, we have so many natural resources, so many natural vegetation, we dont have fierce weathers like those outside our continent....

We have so many talented Africans! We should stand up and fight. Gone are the days when Made in Japan, Holland signifies quality, while made in Ghana, Aba, Nigeria signifies fake.
Over here we treat some foreigners like they arent equal to us, we treat them like gods! In our own country!
Show the world what we are capable of intellectually, socially, technologically, Psychologically. Infact everything-good-cally..........
Thank you, I'm proud to be an African, Are you??

Ok

Very close friend - how does that correlate to being her man?

She started dating a friend of yours without your knowledge?- Are you her parent? Or guardian?.

The girl even pointed out that you were rather too slow, and you didnt date her anyway.

You told her to go for him- Now why are you still complaining.

You still love her- Bro, have you heard African china's if you love somebody walk up to am, tell am you love am..... If you had been faster and straight forward there's every reason she'd be yours by now.

She said she also love the other guy-- bro, run.... She said that and you're still feeling things for her, will you force her to love you more than him.

Just try to do things worthwhile and leave her alone, tho you guys can still be friends... My 2cents.

Have you listened to him? Encourage him, I wish him the best
Yes i have, he's got some nice lyrics, mixing his daily struggles with some witty jokes and then comming back to reality.
The reason i love his song is that it rhymes almost always at the end of each sentence.

I'm trying to coach him so his lyrics is more organised and not too childish.
Once he's done with a full track, i'll get him to a studio and will surely post the song here.

Thank you.

Music/Radio › My Brother And His Rap Music by Chidexter(op):
Well, i just created this thread to talk about this brother of mine.

He's fourteen years old, talks a lot... I mean a lot..
At first he never exhibited or showed any sign he's going into music, until like 2yrs ago when i started noticing some changes.

He'd sit at a corner and start saying some words, like someone who's been given an assignment to talk non-stop.
Later on, he started listening to music, much more than before.

Along the line, i became aware he's been hiding some half-written lyrics and all that on a book.
Infact, i almost turned him down when i found out, and i tried discouraging him.. But i had a rethink.

Now i've been trying my best to help him in whatever way i can, i want him to face his studies before anything else(good thing for him since he's now in ss2).

What really shocked me today was that, he got a sheet of paper and then went on to write down 14-15 lines of rap music under 40secs. (yeah i happened to keep track of time, cos of what i stated earlier).

God knows, after his schooling, i'll try get him to a studio. Maybe just Maybe he might be the next Airforce1 or ice prince Lol.
Till then, only time will tell
