She deserved that slap and much more slaps. After all, she was also slapping people left and right when her husband was in power.
A sensible first lady(either outgoing or not) will not act as Mrs. Obiano acted, especially during occasions like a swearing-in that had several other dignitaries. Even if she has issues with Mrs Ojukwu, she wouldn't be attacking her in public like that. Very uncouth behavior. A swearing-in is going on, yet Mrs obiano had the audacity to be walking around like a drunk woman to go and attack another woman, simply because they had ongoing issues.

Get a lawyer, and also report the situation at the police station. Go along with all your evidences, including texts and other forms of convo. In as much as she might claim she does not accept half payments in texts, but as long as she previously and WILLINGLY assured you she'll collect 3 months, then I'm sure you have a good case against her. I just pray she wouldn't oppress you with money at the police station.
