I want to specially laugh at you and the delusion that we have a place in Nigeria that Nigerians will ever vote in an Igbo president.
Because from all premature indications, Peter Obi can never win this election.

I warned and cried out but I was called a Tinubu supporter, but go and check my posts since I joined this platform, I have remained consistent about the future for Igbos outside Nigeria that is because I don't hide my mouth neither do I dodge from reality.

Yesterday, you were reminded who you are especially in Lagos. The Oba of Elegushi on national TV called you strangers whom INEC brought to vote in his vicinity. You were told to return to your villages to vote. In the core north, a loaf of bread had more value than your candidate. So shameful. You took on a mission that will forever be impossible.

Haven't you lost value enough, been disgraced enough, been shortchanged enough, been battered enough. Did 3 million of our kith and kin die for this obstinate stubbornness of yours. If Igbos in nigeria don't learn from this election, prepare to face devastation.

If Tinubu emerges the winner which is likely, prepare to face systematic oppression in a scale you have never witnessed before. in the 20th century they came at us with outright violence, in 21st century Structural Violence will be used against you more than what Awolowo dished out.

Structural violence refers to a form of violence wherein social structures or social institutions harm people by preventing them from meeting their basic needs. Although less visible, it is by far the most lethal form of violence, through causing excess deaths—deaths that would not occur in more equal societies. by Wiley online library.

Your Lagos and Abuja paradise you keep parading about will become like an itchy disease on your skin. Let's see how long you will resist before your decide to cure your self of your self inflicted illness.

In conclusion, shun violence anywhere you are situated. Accept the results peacefully as a reward for your stupidity and pledge to redeem yourself. Don't let this people use you to carry out their useless propaganda. Co-ordinate yourself and act wisely, remember EndSARS. Don't follow indigenes to act funny.

Relocate yourself and capital back to Ala-Igbo and build on the land of your fathers, develop it, fight for it and liberate it not through violence but with ECONOMIC MIGHT. Yes.

If you have sufficient capital and want to remain in Nigeria, consider involving in export-level production and services in STEM industries like Innoson (one of my close mentors, who is much hated for siting and expanding in south east ) not trading FMCGs and the rest.

And if you want to leave Nigeria just like me and some of our people, remember that Africa is the next frontier, forget Canada or Europe where you will be a slave to white man's job. Do what Asians are doing in your own little way. Set up trading businesses in other underdeveloped African countries like Gabon, Congo, Namibia, Gambia etc. Network with brothers in your host country. Find a successful mentor.

If you are hardworking, resilient and focused it won't take you 3 years with adequate finance to become the largest business in your field in some of these countries. Many success stories in this niche. I know many brothers who have made great wealth in trading funny things in these countries, including school materials like books and electrical parts like bulbs. Bring the money back home and develop our Igboland.


Unionize your capital. You go farther with more people, find someone or people who shares same vision and work ethic with you and join forces together as partners in one business. One man show is killing us in Nigeria. You can either have 100 sub-standard hospitals or one world class hospital. Choose wisely

Forget about national politics in Nigeria or focusing on other regions. Concentrate on replacing all our own greedy politicians with serious minded sleeper agents in state, local and legislature wings of governance. When they time is right, we dispatch them to do what is necessary

In due time, when we settle properly and aggregate wealth and political influence around Africa, with hard-earned money we will buy our way out of this Zoo. Landlocked or not, smaller than Kano or not we will show them why Singapore is smaller than Lagos but richer than the entire Nigeria and why Switzerland is landlocked yet controls more Oil trade than the zoo.

Tinubu, the regional candidate has no national appeal so he isn't a contender, he can only be propped up and assisted by northern governors who feel they owe him a favor and those that want power to return to the north in APC sooner than later yet they would be overwhelmed by natural support for Atiku.

You say Igbos can't achieve much politically in Nigeria, I fault that. It's down to political apathy. Checkout voter turnout ratio in the past presidential elections, South East always has always been aloof about the process. Igbos don't actually care who wins, because their fortunes are not tied to such. And at the close of the day, we can conclude that wielding political power doesn't translate to development of the leader's region. Does the fuel pump ask your tribe before you pay, then why should we care that we begin to kiss asses.

Like I said in my original post, when they talk about building bridges, they mean kissing asses unnecessary, and that is what some part of the country are experts in, it's almost a game of who would be the 'favorite slave' for lack of better words. It's beneath us, the Igbo politicians you mentioned are towing that line and guess what the rest of Igbos are not heading in their direction so where is your point.

You mentioned education, I can't recall when Igbos were ever at the forefront of education as you claimed even by pre civil-war standards, the biggest Universities were usually in South West. Nevertheless Igbos are not lacking, literacy rate statistics by Statista shows that South East has around 80% literacy for both male and female , South West is 3 notches higher, so what is the difference there, are Igbos illiterates or what ?
I don't know where you got your abroad schooling statistics from but it is pure fallacy. In which economy does the majority of average Yoruba families as you claim have the money to send their kids abroad. It only the rich that have enough to school abroad, and that in fact is not determined by academic prowess rather financial prowess. Stop lying to yourself, I don't even know how many rich people who've had accessed to enough to gather your false data.

Another trash you mentioned is Lagos migration. It seems you know little. Migrating to Lagos has no tribal inclinations as you claim, Yoruba did not build or develop Lagos as you wish it to be. If they did believe you me, they would have restricted access to Igbos. Lagos is indigenously Yoruba land, but it was developed by the aid of the colonial powers and further more by the federal government. Atiku even expatiated this. When someone gives you a boost enough for you to grow, you don't come around and claim to be self-made. You just can't. A lot of money has been pumped into Lagos enough for machineries of business and commerce to thrive. It's a hegemony in which the FG is just lazy or biased to explore new cities. Lagos won't even compete with Akwa-Ibom talk less of Anambra with the adequate boost and incubation given that some of these states has bootstrapped themselves to some level of recognition even without natural resources or government intervention. Divide Nigeria and see Lagos perceived power collapse in an instant because every other country will have it's own Lagos.
In summary Lagos was built to its state today by all Nigerians and it's a hegemony sustained by the FG. Even Atiku came to Lagos before Tinubu, so many Igbos too lived and naturalized in Lagos way before civil war. It has nothing to do with Yoruba supremacy. No one pays taxes to Yoruba in Lagos but to the government except community taxes which are paid in every state.

I would say you are the one leaving in an illusion about Igbos. We are who we are. We are not the reason for your inferiority complex or whatever is plaguing you. Biafra is a reality that must be actualized to put detractors like you to shame.
