What arrangement did the orphanage have before it illegally built an orphanage in the wrong area?

how some of us think is the biggest problem of this country.
So if the owners of the orphanage home didn't make any arrangements then those orphans should now suffer?
In the a place where people's brain are put in a good use, is the government not the people to take the responsibility of making sure orphans are well taken care of?
It's well oh. Those orphans would suffer because someone allegedly broke the law.

Uche defeated Victor Umeh in 2015. And Obiano with the backing of APC removed her and APC went through the back door to bring her into APC so that she would contest the same Senate against Victor Umeh under APC.
It was Sharon Ikeazor who used her relationship with Buhari to scuttle Uche Ekwunife contesting through a court order that bared APC and PDP from contesting.
Iyom Uche Ekwunife was a member of house of Reps, if truly you know Anambra go and look at her impact.
Uche Ekwunife was a green horn Senator in 2015, despite that she was made the chairman Senate committee on down Stream Sector. The first south east senator to ever hold that position.
The woman defeated Victor Umeh in 2015 and defeated him again in 2019.
Victor Umeh should go and hide his face because twice beaten...
