geeez:
Like seriously?

So you mean Lagos gets more from the FG than any other state? Snap off it men!

The GDP of an entity is a function of the total commercial activities within that entity within a period under consideration. Get schooled
are you saying that commercial activities in Osun state is higher than that of Anambra state which his monthly IGR stands at about 1.3billion.

The Osun state that cant pay salaries while Anambra increased salaries...

Funny how figures are being generated in Nigeria.

This woman is the reason why Nigeria were able to contain ebola. She did only what Jesus Christ was able to do for the whole world.

What this woman did is beyond patroticsm. She did what will remain top in annals of world history.

It only pains me that in this country where we all are trapped, they do not study history in secondary schools. How will the future generation know what this woman has done for mankind?

Jesus Christ gave HIS life a ramson for the whole world. He shew the world the power of His love when he paid for the sins of humans with his own life. Jesus is being celebrated today because someone was able to keep it on record for future mention.

Health › Group To Honour Adadevoh, Ebola Survivors - Punch by Chigold101(op): 11:52am On Jun 03, 2015
A group, the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence
Awards, is set to honour the late Dr. Stella Ameyo
Adadevoh and other health care workers who
contributed significantly to the containment of the
Ebola outbreak in the country.
The ceremony, the organisers said, would hold in
Lagos this month.
Adadevoh led the medical team that handled the
index case of Ebola in Nigeria at the First
Consultants Hospital, Obalende, Lagos, in 2014.
The Chief Executive Officer, Global Health Project
and Resources, and Programme Director of NHEA,
Dr. Wale Alabi, in a statement, on Monday, said
the honourees saved the country from a national
crisis.
Alabi said, “Adadevoh and her colleagues deserve
to be celebrated for their noble role. The late
doctor’s courage saved the lives of so many
people. Other health workers also ensured that
the outbreak was contained. Subsequently, some
paid with their lives. Their dedication and sacrifice
for the greater good of the nation is inspirational
and deserves recognition.”
According to Alabi, the event would also feature
the recognition of the Best Health Facility of the
year in various fields of medicine, IVF Service
Provider of the Year and the Dialysis Service
Provider of the Year among others.
The Principal Partner of Anadach Group and co-
organisers of NHEA, Dr. Egbe Osifo-Dawodu,
noted that the award would promote excellence
and drive competition for better health care
delivery in the country.
Osifo-Dawodu said, “Our aim is to ensure that we
do not overlook certain stakeholders whose
specialised services and support in the Nigerian
healthcare service delivery are critical and
valuable.”
The organisers, he added, nominated over 80
organisations and individuals for recognition on the
occasion.
St. Ives Hospitals, Avon, May & Baker, Dangote
Foundation, Federal Medical Centre, Gombe are
some of the institutions due for recognition at the
event.

but you should know that they are only working hard to stop Saraki from contesting because they know if he contests he will win.

the reason for all those condition is stop Saraki but remember that Saraki is not anyhow person. He has being in power as a governor so he understands executive leadership.

Saraki ambition don end be dat, if true undecided

His camp and suppoerters' response would be critical. My advice is that they accept the decision in good faith, afterall the NC is where Mark the erstwhile president is from (same as Saraki), this line of thought would suggest that the NE should be given a chance too.
Well... Remember that there are other parties in senate. So APC senators might not have the final say. Remember Tambuwal issue in 2011 in house of reps.

bye bye saraki, the north east produced the second largest vote for apc, so it looks like lawan might get it
if they scheems Saraki out, then it means that PDP might retain the senate presidency.

Because saraki group might decide to back David Mark & Ike Ekweremadu out of anger.

Remember that PDP already has 45 members while APC has 59. Therefore if 15 APC senators get angry plus the other 4 from other parties. PDP returns will be the result.

The National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress held a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday night and listed some criteria for the Senate presidential candidate.

Our correspondent gathered from reliable sources at the meeting that the NWC, among others, agreed that the Senate President must come from the geopolitical zone with the second highest number of votes, after the North-West, at the Presidential election held on March 28.

The meeting, it was further learnt, agreed that the next Senate president must not have any corruption charges hanging on his or her neck and should be one of the most ranking senators in the current Fourth Republic.

A senator who attended the meeting told our correspondent that the meeting also mandated the executive members of the party to, within three days, present a consensus candidate for the post of Senate president based on the listed criteria, during the inauguration of the Eight Senate.

The two gladiators currently contesting the office of the Senate President are Senators Bukola Saraki ( Kwara Central ) and Ahmad Lawan ( Yobe North ).

A group, Like Minds Senators, working for the emergence of Saraki as Senate president, two weeks ago, compiled a list containing the names of 34 APC Senators-elect, who had endorsed him as the consensus candidate for the post.

But there was a confusion a week later when another group, Senate Unity Forum, addressed journalists in Abuja and claimed that 40 APC Senators-elect had endorsed Lawan as their concensus candidate.

When GEJ was the President, you never knew you were living in the zoo abi?
sir remove GEJ out of this talk... For over 45years Biafrans have been asking Nigeria to let them go. Our parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces etall, fought & died for this cause.

If you remember you will know that Uwazulike was send to prison for treason by OBJ‘s government.

Biafran Radio became operational outside this country about 5years ago & starts broadcasting in this zoo & Biafran land about 3years ago.

There is no year for over 10years when Biafrans do not celebrate Biafran day.

By the points i have made above, it will show you that this goes beyond any Biafran or lower niger person becoming the leader of this zoo.
