Family / Re: Ex Husband Got The Divorce Letter And He Suddenly Wants Reconciliation. by chigsmith: 1:23am On Feb 14, 2013
Billyonaire: You do not believe in repentance ?

I do believe in repentance and forgiveness more than you think. But if you have read her initial story and this current one, then care has to be taken.

I believe he wants reconciliation because the issue divorce was raised recently. Ask yourself "What if it was not raised now, do you think the issue of reconciliation would have arisen?"

It is purely logical.

@Pretty Cindy
..I believe you have moved on long time ago and "His" case should remain a closed one.
Life ahead has better things to offer and don't give their pleas a second thought. Once beaten twice shy.

Religion / Re: Visions Of EARTHQUAKE Coming To Nigeria. by chigsmith: 9:06pm On Oct 13, 2012
...@op thanks for the message. you have just done your bit..so let him that has an ear hear what the spirit is saying. ..when u said nigeria should repent...to me it sounded like a round peg..in a round hole...moreso the answer I demanded from God.

when the flood happend I went to God asking Him why He allowd innocent nigerians to pass through this pain of violence and now flood because I believd it is our leaders that are evil and that the ordinary nigerian should be spared from the calamity.
it was not long the ALUU4 ...made d waves telling me that the average nigerian on the street is as wicked as our leaders which we are all accusing.

the truth remains that WE HAVE TO REPENT AS A NATION AND TURN FROM EVIL .....irrespective of your religion...WE ALL HAVE CONSCIENCES ..which tells us what is right and wrong.

..finally let me say this ..these natural disaster we just saw may have come to stay ....and may metamorphose into other forms like Earthquake if we as a nation....and as individuals do not repent

Politics / Re: List Of Committees Inaugurated By GEJ In The Last One Year by chigsmith: 4:48am On Jun 08, 2012
apoti: Isaac Osuoka once said "Anytime Jonathan sets up a committee, you know the man is not serious. Or he just doesn’t care". It now seems that statement is very true.

If we rate the performance of a president only by the number of committees/boards/task-forces inaugurated then Uncle Jona will surely be the best president in the world. What are the outcomes of these committees unfortunately they have not had any direct impact on the lives of Nigerians angry cry

I tried to compile the list of committees/boards/task-forces (in no particular order)set up by President Jonathan in the last one year below:

1. Subsidy reinvestment board
2. Committee on post-election violence
3. Committee to identify leakages and waste in the Ministries, Departments and Agencies
4. Committee for airport upgrading
5. Justice Alfa Belgore committee
6. Presidential Committee on Award of Post-Graduate Scholar-ship to first class graduates
7. Presidential Committee on the Rationalisation and Restructuring of Federal Government Parastatals, Commissions and Agencies
8. Committee to negotiate with the radical Islamist sect Boko Haram
9. Committee to ratify FG contracts and procurements
10.Pensions Reform Task Force
11.Committee on transparency in the oil sector
12.committee set up to decongest the ports
13.Committee to monitor oil exports
14.committee saddled with the responsibility of expelling all unqualified students from the school
15.inter-ministerial committee to work out modalities for University lecturers to have a minimum PhD qualification
16.NDDC fact- finding committee
17.Presidential committee on road infrastructure
18.Presidential committee on restructuring and rationalisation of the Federal Civil Service

Mehn I don tire grin you can add your own

...he is still yet to set up the last committee maybe in 2015 .......committee to look into the reports from all the committees undecided

Politics / De Dog And De Baboon.....what Is Your Take? by chigsmith: 3:16am On May 18, 2012
Hi Guys ....the issue of 'the dog and the baboon will be soaked in blood'. lets critically analyse it to know the likely characters GMB was referring to
here is a list
OBJ
GEJ
PDP
CPC
Nigerians
Election Riggers...(All political parties included)
GMB
Boko Haram
MEND
......etc

In my own opinion GEJ is De Baboon reason ....his face looks like one grin.. would have chosen OBJ however OBJ is out of active politics for now undecided
For De DOG...... i think PDP carries the day

Who are the likely characters in GMB's statement??

It is virtually true that all these un-rests are funded by the north to destabilize this govt. But i will be fine if their sponsors unveils their faces boldly and say what the want, or Jona should divide the country and let them bee QED,

Politics / Re: Official Results Of Presidential Election: By INEC by chigsmith: 11:53pm On Apr 17, 2011
, just went through the votes received by GEJ and it was quite clear that the highest votes that went to him from each state came from SE and SS. All of them (SE and SS States ) gave him up to 96% of their total votes.
All these noise of Lagos and Kano having largest no. of voters did have any much effect.
Anyway thats an observation and shld be noted by politicians for future election.
