It's a bog standard letter in which they just filled in the flight numbers etc but IMO they tried by responding withn 48 hours.

Now lets face it, how many big organisations give such a detailed response within 48 hours. It took Barclaycard 6 weeks to deal with a formal compalnt I raised.

I still beleive that this airline is not the worst in its class

Had an inception type dream the other day. So weird!

US Airlines sucks! They are okay for domestic travel but never for international. Once flew with them to the UK and never again! Those folks treated us like we were in some down south fest. KLM/Northwest is the way to go abi now it is Delta.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal with them. Write a letter to them and see how it goes. I am planning on writing a stong worded letter to Tmobile because their service has gotten so terrible and I've had it up to HERE with them
