No. What I really meant was other people may not see the school the way you see it. NCI being frustrating is your own personal view

Segunagagu:

Ok sir...my chairman...are u in NCI

Speak for yourself

Segunagagu:
Just a piece of advice...for those coming to study in Ireland.. pls don't choose National College of Ireland NCI.. if you don't want to be frustrated...I repeat... Only if you are a genius....lol...

Reprint the account statement reflecting the payment

donbreeezy:
Good morning everyone here.... My sponsor has printed his bank statement before paying for my education bond. I hope it won't affect the application as the debit is not reflecting on the statement. Somebody help, cos I am submitting on Monday..

I think the embassy has some backlogs to deal with. I submitted on 14th at vfs Abuja and there hasn't been any update yet.
Anyways, I'll drop my visa approval testimony very soon (2 weeks maybe)

Your talking like you've gotten ur visa... Have you?

Chiggsglover:
I want to thank you for all your posts, comments and Encouragement, I used an Agent for my application and I got great service, was on this Canada craze and the Agent pointed my attention to Ireland. I submitted 10th of October. First application tho. First time I'll be commenting on a travel section. ICASNG and others have been so helpful and all.

I applied to study in Dublin Business school, would have preferred a less busy city due to my personality and the cheaper option, but it's already in motion.

Been watching lots of YouTube and I can't place my finger on the weather in Ireland, some say it's always raining, barely snows, little sun.... So I don't know how to gear up when it's time to pack.
Unlike Canada, UK and Germany threads, you'll know that January snow is not a laughing matter. I also heard you can't use an umbrella cos of the wind. So I thought of waterproof shoes and jacket.
We need more survival tips here. Seriously we do.
What food do I bring? I already decided on bringing just indomie. I love my potatoes lol, fresh stuff, not a fan of dried fish and the rest. Not keen on yam, I also Love my beans.

Just so you know, I have consumed this thread from the page 1 to now that I'm typing and it has offered lots of assistance in application but very little on survival.

The only advantage I know it brings is eliminating questions about how the fund is obtained.

Eroms99:
Good morning guys, pls does paying euro bond play an imprtant role in terms of visa approval.

Chibabe4Christ:
Good Morning My people. Please for those that have applied, did you get a notification email from the embassy that your application has been received.

No, you don't get any confirmation email. You can track your application with the reference application number given to you.
Track with the this web address.

Please, why was your application denied initially

Does anyone have any news on those that sent in appeals last week in September cause it’s over a month now that I and some other folks sent in supporting documents for our appeals but no response, I don’t understand what’s going on. Anyone here with a similar experience

@ICASNG. Thanks for all the support! You're the real deal.

Anyone resuming in January?

Did your explanation not satisfy the VO or you didn't explain at all?

Blondekid:

Explanation to lump sum credits to the sponsor's account
Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Chikaokafor1: 9:35pm On Oct 17, 2019
What really do they mean by lump sum. Is it receiving an amount that hasn't been lodged into that account before or receiving large amount of money immediately before applying for visa
Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Chikaokafor1: 12:39pm On Oct 17, 2019

They will offer you a higher diploma instead of post graduate diploma I think

Good day house! What is the possibility of gaining admission for a PGD program with THIRD CLASS bsc?
Travel / Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by Chikaokafor1: 4:48pm On Oct 14, 2019
You have to convince the visa officer on why your changing course

2019elections:
Good afternoon house! I have a bsc in petroleum and petrochemical science and I wish to go for a PGD in data analytics. I'm optimistic that I would be offered the admission but my concern is " since I don't av a prior education in ICT related field, and no work experience as regards that, won't I have any issue during visa application? "
