Good day all. One of my friend went to collect his PVC in his LGA, located here in Anambra Nnewi North LGA to be precise. He was told by the Inec workers that the cards for newly registered voters isn't available and they didn't gave him any specific date when the card will be available. It was only old voter who lost their card or did transfer that thier's was ready. Am asking if anyone has the same experience or its only peculiar to him.
