It's a gradual build up. I think the most important thing is to find the exercise you enjoy doing the most. That way, sticking to it won't feel like a burden. To tell you the truth, I never really thought jogging will be the one for me. How wrong was I?

@Op, I will be following to see your progress. I and my husband are also hoping to use a surrogate next year with our DNA( gestational carrier), so same as yours. Was thinking we will have to do it outside Nigeria, but if yours go well we may look at our options here
