I never pass beginners.

Hmmm...was out by 7:00a.m

Each lap takes me about 15 mins (1.5 miles). By 7:30 I almost gave up. Needless to say, I did complete my 4 laps (6 miles) in 1hr 5 mins.

So today, I set off earlier. 6:30 a.m - sky was cloudy. Lovely. No sun peeking out and messing up my runz.

1hr for jogging

Anything more than 30min, I no do . I walk the rest.

Went jogging yesterday. Nearly gave up after the second lap. I felt so hot...but managed to push on through to the end.

Good for you. I will resume fast walking next week. Twisted my knee skiing. lost almost 3kg. Need to get it back ASAP.

Its tastier if you fry the potatoes with the veges. But cut very small so it cooks faster.

However, you can go for boiled patotes and add when the veges are ready. Like you do for fried rice.
The one I posted is a left over boiled potatoes I used. I didn't wanna waste it so I just added to my mixed vegetables.

It's very fast to prepare. And healthy too. Not expensive at all

Not really like a toy. Looks like the real stuff,it can pierce through some tin and aluminium. The assemblage and bullet look a bit like the real sh1t. It can hurt someone too but not kill.

Go for the one that's easier to assemble and don't require too much force to operate.

You need something you can handle easily if you 're using for self defense.
However, to be on a safe side, start with air soft gun. You don't need a real weapon until you have managed and are comfortable with one. No go shoot person wey just dey pass

Yeah I made extra change converting to Euro. But Euro is still going down, so I am looking for an investment for it while I wait to see if it will eventually pick up against the dollar .
