mixed feeling on a fitness note. Quick recovery on a human note. |
pluto09:that guy man must have good PR analysts and hype men marketing business Probably even used the bond issuance as a justification for the new buyers. They probably have been convinced and guaranteed that they would be incuring just a slice of the companies debt. FG takes care of the rest. So the premium valuation becomes justified for the buyers. #Conjecture |
awesomeJ:True though |
Agbalowomeri:True. But to reduce dilution effect when listed on NGX, he needs to acquire more. He will be competing with institutional investors. Guy man probably no wan carry last ![]() |
SadiqBabaSani:How should they have transported the SUVs? Easier to kill 2birds with one stone. Plus they probably planned on enjoying the trip. It's holiday season. AJ just had a packed year. They have a lot to talk about especially showcasing to his European brethren the view of South west as they journey along. |
why exit Geregu now? ![]() FG has set up a bond to repay Gas and power legacy debts. Probably much likely this 2026.. Well, they are the cow boys of this investing game. Who I be? ![]() |
awesomeJ:Lol. ![]() Once beaten? Tony no go gree this one again. ![]() Though much less likely for a repeat to happen. |

...............Much more like how the United nationand WHO bodies have World Malaria Day World Aids Day. World peace day, etc. World Aids day is to teach and make aware the themes and advantages, disadvantages, symptoms, treatments, recovery, non-stigmatization of victims, show love, method of contact, early detection, etc. Someone who uses the World Aids Day to have premarital sex because it's a celebration day doesn't invalidate the core reasons for the establishment of the day. Neither does it invalidate those who choose to celebrate world aids day on a daily basis or door-to-door basis as the case may be. All have their advantages and short-comings. Though I think preaching about AIDS on daily basis is practically impossible cuz one has other daily life activities to contend with as well as other diseases to preach and make aware about. But if AIDS is so significant a disease, then an Awareness Day can be created for it. Whatever name they call it is inconsequential if the name can be explained at the basic level. So therefore, the most important celebrations by United Nations or WHO are giving remembrance days to make more aware to a larger audience at a time and stimulate reflections and discuss surroundings how to advance their cause and increase enlightenment on the theme. (aka envagelism). |
Also, Christians, to-be Christians and inquirers should know that no matter the flamboyant celebrations people take on the circumstances surrounding Christ-birth on Christmas day, The most important aspect of Christianity is the circumstances surrounding the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is widely celebrated and chosen by Catholics on Easter day. Again, the name doesn't matter in the spiritual sense but it matter in the physical sense to make aware, brand it and to gather people in magnitude for envagelism. It's their creative way they chose to market the Gospel. That's why a holiday is also created for it as well. The Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the core foundation of our Christianity much more than the Birth of Jesus Christ. Hence Easter is a bigger and better celebration than Christmas to commemorate what Christ did for us. Being able to create a feast day, is a greater envagelical tool quantitative wise than a one-on-one to reach a larger audience and create discuss and reflection around the theme that couldn't be achieved in the traditional visitation or Sunday gatherings.............👇 . |
mikeapollo:Taxes are there, but demand and supply are underestimated. The airlines are given tax as excuses as reason for the increase. I am merely condeming them as the tax is just a front. I think The major driver is demand and supply for local flights this festive season.. -Flight seats get filled up days ahead -many states still depend on other states for air port both land and take off. -some states airport can't accommodate night travels. -we seem to have more Non-sale functional airports than planes. -security issue in the country is another issue. That's why I said, demand and supply fuels it more this season than tax. I saw a text somewhere where someone said: its better he borrows money and pays his own ransom by purchasing flight tickets to and fro for himself and his family than to risk such on road transport with kidnappers. The odds are, no matter the cost of flight, it will be cheaper than the cost of ransom ![]() |
Hierarchy of evangelism method to reach wider audience as christ instructed. Descending order of magnitude. -1)Tech Driven outreaches -2)creating Feast day/Birthday celebrations as holidays -3)Door-to-Door envagelism -4)one-on-one envagelism 5) Sunday/week-day services -6)self-reading the Bible There could be more. |

Truthseeker10:Everything is in my very first post of this thread that you quoted. 1st Timothy 6 Vs 4
|
Harddiskng:You already came with a bias, which is fine to present opposing views. That's part of the essence of the thread. You started with hypothetical statement label which I called out, now it's not properly clarified. ![]() But Mr. Emma has always tried to clarify his statements on this thread. You can point out where isn't properly clarified or a conditional clause was entirely omitted from yesterday's convo. |
unite4real:It's just economics to me. demands has and will always be more than supply. All these tax excuses don't cut it. |
Truthseeker10:didn't you quote me first? Is It not your understanding? So semantics was just your issue? ![]() If you call it Jesus day and others call it infantjesus day, others call it Christ day, others call it babyJesus day while others call their day Christmas day, what difference does it make? Without shared insight, knowledge gained or discuss? Titus 3:9 "avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, dissensions, and quarrels about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless" 2Tim2:23. Suit yourself, you win 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌.. ![]() If it makes you sleep well. ![]() |
Truthseeker10:Is that your understanding? Oga, why are you also deviating na? Did you actually read contents of my very first post you quoted? or you just quoted without reading? |
Truthseeker10:Did I not also ask you a follow up question of : What is Christmas day? |
Truthseeker10:have I not also answered you that Truthseeker10 was born on Truthseeker10 day? |
Truthseeker10:Can't you trace my responses? |
Truthseeker10:Did I say you claimed it was a sin? Did i also not simply ask you a question? Is it a sin? yes or no? Truthseeker10:if truly you don't know, can't you trace the leading responses ? Don't I always try to separate my responses? |
Truthseeker10:OK. Is it a sin? Is it wrong? Do you care to explain if so? Truthseeker10:Why try to put your understanding into my words? |
Truthseeker10:Is that what I said? |
