i bought a piece of land for N7 Million shortly before Buhari handed over government to Tinubu. 7 months later after the hand over, sold land for around N12 Million. injected all proceed into the stocks market with purchases of PRESCO, WAPCO and Cadbury and others alike. value got to N45.250 million and pulled out and used N15.250 Million into FGN sukuk with annual coupon of N3 Million and the rest are riding in stock still.

N20 of 10 years' time might be worth same as just N2 of today, just as N20 of today is only worth slightly more than N2 of 10 years ago.
