keep blaming every other person for what is going wrong with you except yourself and see how well your life will fare. As much as possible, you have to take your destiny in your hands. On the average, there will be opposing external forces from you reaching your goal, it is now up to you to do all within your powers to surmount it. 3 Likes |

Sane enough to confess they had no agents in tens of thousands polling units. Pray Tell how Lp could have had any sensible votes in polling units no one at least volunteered to be a polling agent. Lp lost 2023 presidential election and the headless mobs started applying unintelligent logic they won in Lagos and Abuja and should therefore be declared winner. 11 Likes 1 Share |
Politics / Re: Nigeria To Add 480,000bpd As NNPC, Exxonmobil Sign New Deal by chinchum(m): 11:24am On May 31 |
This is quite significant and long awaited. This 100% production is almost enough to feed Dangote refinery 75% of its daily requirement. Nigeria produces about 1.4 to 1.5 million barrels per day currently. Adding 480,000 barrels per day enhances our revenue in no small way |
Politics / Re: I Won’t Stop Saying It, Obi Won 2023 Elections – Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed by chinchum(m): 6:25am On May 26 |
This is not looking normal, it appears like it is psychosis. Your lawyers went to tribunal and focused on disqualifying the declared winner, instead of showing you won. I have a feeling he said to himself they won multiple times and started believing the delusiont. You lost with close to 3 million votes. There are at least 50 countries populated with less than 3 million people. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

yungpowers:it is a problem with an average Nigerian, not Nigerian force The average Nigerian likes to oppress and suppress others; so when a typical Nigerian join the force, (s)he feels more empowered to satisfy a craving. The same mentality is prevalent in public workforce, just that many don't operate a gun. |

Hypocritical take from Chidoka When emirates left Nigeria, it was seen as negative news. Now that they are coming back, the PDP man wants to paint it as a negative news again. To make matters worse, his principal first home is Dubai. 3 Likes |

Pathetic. This appears like an indictment on you. None of your aides could contribute 80,000 naira to save your lives? They couldn't reach out to at least one of your relative or loved one also? If care is not taken, one of the aides may strangle him to death or kill him. He is completely surrounded by enemies. |

Good01:increased tax is one way to reduce inflation btw. Everything is not jankara economics. There is a reason, interest rate and borrowing rate are increased to tame inflation all over the world. A bill became an act. If Nigerians are loud enough, the national assembly can repeal the act. |
Business / Re: FG May Approve Exxonmobil’s $1.28 Billion Asset Sale To Seplat In Two Weeks by chinchum(m): 8:25pm On May 04 |
This will add close to 500,000 barrels per day if it works and start. Nigeria currently produces barely 1.5 million barrels per day. The significance of this deal succeeding is quite underrated. Nigeria's economy will immediately feel the impact once 100% production resumes. 1 Like |

The latest generation of kids have shown exceptional academic brilliance that is distinguishable from the generation 20-50 years ago I laugh when some people argue that this current set of "Jambites" are less intelligent due to tiktok, and other social media sites. It is a big fallacy and a danger of comparing a single statistics. I remember in the late 90s and turn of the new millenium, highest jamb score used to be 280s. Infact in year 2000, to be precise, only 8% of jamb takers scored above 200. In 2024, 24% of jamb exam applicants scored at least 200. |

The way people think they can just dump money to an immigration process is laughable. If care is not taken, a phony agent will collect your money and provide you 2 weeks tourist visa in the name of immigration. The focus and question should be what immigration options are available to me? |

Is it the same Lagos that 650,000 barrels of refinery opened some months back and is now producing refined oil? Delusion mixed with hatred makes people think and write daft things. With 4th mainland bridge and Lekki international airport in the pipeline, Lagos is on course to witness an cataclysmic economic growth in the next 10 years. The coastal roads to Calabar and Sokoto will also come as game changers. 7 Likes 3 Shares |
Travel / Re: Some Epic Coastal Highways From Around The World by chinchum(m): 4:17am On May 02 |
Kepukepu:Building new road and rehabilitating old road are not mutually exclusive. Other existing roads are also being fixed. Infact, I have observed that building new road once design is approved and no obstruction can be faster than fixing existing road. If the nature of renovation on existing road is extensive, it won't be surprising if duration is longer than building new road. An example was the trouble in fixing Lagos -Ibadan expressway while still maintaining some level of vehicular traffic, even removing existing layer(s) and disposing them obviously can impede the speed of work. |

I appreciate resillience, but we must be careful not to celebrate mediocrity. The lady demonstrated some level of mediocrity, but i appreciate her resilience judging the obstacles she claimed to have surmounted to get her law degree. She has to work hard on self improvement with public speaking and general knowledge. There is a reason why lawyers are called the "learned ones". Lawyers are expected to be vast in knowledge and communicate clearly. |

Dpharisee:your common sense is back ward sense. $1000 that was kept when it could have been converted to 1.8 million naira a month ago is now 1.1 million naira. You have lost 700,000 naira in one month. The odds that naira will strengthen with the refineries releasing more local products to the market is high. Evil bitterness and Witchcraftry blinds people to see common sense in idiocy. 6 Likes 1 Share |

It is not surprising that people who believed Buhari died and was replaced by Jubrin are the same set of people who believed that Obi won 2023 presidential election. How can someone be so daft and delusioned? How can you strongly want your country to fail because a mediocre failed at the polls? I am absolutely certain to my gut Obi is a mediocre and not what we need. 3 Likes 2 Shares |
