YerYer:Did Mandela tell you he doesn't like Zuma ![]() |
so this is how $100 000 looks like |
Jorussia: |
Lazy supper. Noodles and pan seared salmon steak. ![]()
|
Looks like this marching to Aso rock hasn't worked. They should just go to Boko Haram headquarters and submit their petition. ![]() |
friedcorn:I am not Mary Magdalene as yet. I am still on my journey towards being a good and considerate being. I have also learnt that some of the things we do,do not end with us, some go to your next generation. That is life for you. The guy will be served with his humble pie at a good time. Mark my words. As for you, the way you defending this guy, it looks like you are doing it. ![]() Be careful Mr Player. |
friedcorn:Karma has dealt with me so many times. I have a thesis of lessons I learnt. What I can tell you is, the guy is dishonest. What is built on lies can never last. ![]() |
Dragonking:You make it seem like the girl held a gun against his heard and forced him to stay in the "friend zone" If he was not happy with the friend zone, he should have "nicely withdrawn". The guy is not a victim at all. You seem to also ignore the fact that the guy is dishonest and not good hearted. The guy never loved the girl as well, it's not like he loved her otherwise he would not have revenged like he did. If he loved her he would have found it in his heart to let go. You never wish bad things for people you love. So please, he also didn't love the girl enough. It could have been lust and he was angry that she took time to give him what he wanted and lusted. When man are in last they become evil. Some can even rape a woman because of lust not love. Lust gets frustrated and evil. Love is patient and kind. This one na evil love. Yes the girl is eating her humble pie. But the guys own is on his way. |
friedcorn: looks like I hit where it hurts the most.I didn't wish him bad luck, he invited it to himself by his dishonesty. All I am saying is Karma will equally visit his dishonest self. The wife is a victim as well. If I was in her shoes and knew what my husband to be did, I would not have proceeded with the nuptuals. The guys is equally dishonest, conniving, hard hearted and full of revenge. He will likely apply the same tactics in his marriage. In marriage there are a lot of times where you have to forgive even when you don't want to. Judging by his actions I can say he is full of revenge and is not a forgiving person. Ugly heart ![]() Unfortunately we are authors of our future. You do good you get rewarded with good. You do bad it will one day visit you. |
Yes the girl was wrong, but the guy shouldnt have also done what he did. Karma will equally sort him out. The fact that he is now married does not make him immune to love misfortunes. The new wife may coincidentally dish him what he dished to this girl. What happened to honesty He was dishonest to the wife to be and to the girl as well. He may loose the wife the same way he gained the wife. I pity the wife. I would not want to marry his type. He may repeat the same drama in future. People like him are not to be trusted ![]() |
honourhim:If we worship her, what's your business. Are you the Chief editor/ interpreter of the bible? |
congratulations motherhood, beautiful indeed. |
beauty full ![]() |
That thing can release serious foul gas eeehn ![]() |
I used to use this in my "Life skills " training sessions to motivate students. And also the dot on a piece of a big paper demonstration. I used it to motivate students that whatever that you put your focus on, every other obstacle disappears. ![]() The dot on a piece of paper was to demonstrate that we all make mistakes in life and those mistakes look like dots on a piece of paper in our lives and we cant get rid of them. But if you focus on the bigger portion of the piece of paper, that paper can be used for different purposes and when that happens the dot cannot be recognized afterwards. The massage was ''FOCUS ON ONLY WHAT YOU WANT'' and it will be within your reach and the obstacles will disappear and most of us focus on what we don't want. |
Pride comes before a fall. Hope she doesn't eat her words in future. ![]() |
You are not married?? Then honestly your point become invalid in married people's eyes. There is a lot of things that an unmarried person will never understand until they are married, no matter if you have been a marriage counsellor or marriage observer for as long as you live. Madam personally, I commend you for the time you spent writing this piece of article eeeeh. But let me tell you, there is a lot that we (married) people go through it cannot be summarised by this one page you wrote. The points you wrote are the points that you look out for before marriage ( before tying the knot) . You cannot look for effective communication only after marriage, that has to be done before marriage. Once you tie that knot, things become more complex than this one page you wrote. Things like extended family, religion, future goals and plans, values, how you were raised in etc. Let me share one personal story. My hubby grew up with an irresponsible father. So MIL raised him and his siblings single handedly. I didn't see it coming before marriage. So after marriage, trouble started. It was now expected of me to disrespect my FIL and join my hubby and his siblings to make him pay for all he has done in all these past years. I had to sit down and weigh things. I thought to myself: 1. I was not there when all this happened, so I have nothing to do with everything. 2. After all this they are blood, they can forgive each other after everything but it may be hard to forgive me. 3. What happened to forgiveness. Who made me judge. Have his kids not done wrong? 4. My bible gives me 10 commandments one of them is "Honour your father and your mother....... How do I expect a good and blessed life if I disrespect a parent? 5. If he can do this to his father he can do this to my parents. Etc. In all this I have to stand ground on a daily basis. Stand against my hubby and his siblings and MIL from influencing me into disrespecting a man that never disrespected me. Now they call him my father. He is not their father. So tell me what does my story fit into your points ![]() It's easy to say "effective communication" but it's not easy to do "effective communication in marriage" There is a lot that even scholars and counsellors have not been able to put all in one book. They always title their books "10 things that lead to failed marriage" etc. while acknowledging the complexities. Nevertheless, this can help the unmarried to choose and those about to marry to focus on some things to look out for, but cannot help sustain a marriage. But good write up I pray that you get married and come and write something again. |
Today its weekend in this side of the world,so I decided to try one Saudi dish called Kabssa. My students have been nagging me to taste Kabssa, and finally I have. Well it almost tastes like Jollof, though with a twist because of the ingredients like cumin, dry lemon. I used sea food instead of chicken or mutton. Don't mind my grey over boiled eggs. ![]() It tastes great, I must say.
|
He is acting funny ![]() Then you should laugh because your husband is a ''CLOWN" ![]() |
Davivah:Well tell me what I have no knowledge of as you are saying. Give me knowledge. Protecting and defending your Saudi masters? ![]() |
Troycrown:Please give credit to Mugabe for this quote eeehn. Plagiarism is a criminal offense. ![]() |
haul:I just look at him, because I live in Saudi myself and I m learning everyday in his holy land so I am not sure what he is going on about. ![]() |
Jattuboy:I am not going to stoop to your level. Tell me what was ignorant in my post sir? ![]() |
Topisko:I have gotten to prove that the people who are the most vocal against gays etc and those who speak with so much emotions when homosexual debates are brought up, actually envy to experience homosexual experience so much that they hide this wish by emotions. Why are you emotional? Do they use your behind to do it ![]() |
Jattuboy:@Deltagiant,what did I say to you? He has started defending his quasi gods. There is a case that was concluded this year in the Kingdom. This Saudi national was dating a foreigner. The relationship didn't end well between the two. Instead the Saudi national reported this man that he was harassing him just to spite him after he left him. The guy was killed this year. Don't defend Saudis they are not saints please. And besides you don't live with them. The things that they do are unbelievable, even the things that they attempt to do to us foreign woman are unexpected. ![]() |
See the way they kiss ![]() |
Deltagiant:Wait and see the attacks that you may get for being blunt about Saudi princes and Arabs ![]() I still wonder why majority of Muslim community think that if something is done by a Saudi then it's Islamic or acceptable. Why does it seem like Saudi's are held in high regard within the religion. Yes they are probably self appointed custodians of the Mosque or holy land but not of the religion. The interesting part is that Muslims are the first people to protect anything Arab or Saudi, when ever you state pure facts about them. No wonder they look down on any Muslim who is not practicing Wahabbi Islam. The are given the crown of being closer to God by their fellow Muslims. |
bakjal:Though I am against gender segregation because I experience it's extremes here in Saudi Arabia. But on this one I agree with you. I cannot see myself bending and facing some mens butt or some man behind me facing my butt while praying. Yuuuck ![]() |
When are you lot gonna stop this gay/lesbian debate. Abeg, let them be. If you disagree with them ignore them. God doesn't have a deputy. So you are not his deputy. But I fear for his life eeehn. He will soon be a target for some Wahabbi, Sunni no Shia extremist fools. ![]() |
