Politics › Re: Apply Ruling On Tinubu To My Case – Saraki Tells CCT by chinjo(m): 12:25am On Mar 20, 2016
HungerBAD:
This Saraki is a Comedian.

He should go into the home video business after he gets kicked out of the Senate, and completes his jail time. There are many differences between you and Tinubu, but most importantly Tinubu is one of the reason's why we have democracy in Nigeria.

When Tinubu and the likes of Abraham Adesanya, were in the trenches fighting for Nigeria via the NADECO, where was this Mr Ibu?so the PDP lead Government cooked up charges, and tried to put Tinubu away. But, they also knew that touching a freedom fighter like Tinubu, would signify the West going their way.

So the honest man was left alone.

Saraki in your case, you have never worked in your life, and from your fathers living room you went into power where looting became your surname. Please Saraki, never in your life compare yourself to Tinubu.

You committed a crime, Tinubu was not there, so face your trial alone without calling names.
Have you ever heard of the word Judicial Precedence in law?
Politics › A Time Bomb Waiting To Explode by chinjo(op): 10:28pm On Mar 18, 2016
The northern part of the country is blessed with so many rich men but still so many of them are wallowing in abject poverty and squalor. The reason to me is that the elite uses religion to blindfold the poor so as to continue to siphon their common wealth. The menace of the Almajiri is an embarrassment to any wealthy man from the North. It is a shame to all of them. Parents bring children to the world just to abandon them to their faith all because of religion. All over the street from KANO to KAduna, Aabuja to ZARIA, katsina to maiduguri, jigawa to yola, maiduguri to yobe you see young boys between the ages of 6-10 roaming about the street in tattered rags with plates on their hands begging for food. This to me is a potential breeding ground for terrorist if urgent steps are not taken. This is a time bomb waiting to explode.
Feel free to share ur own experiences.

Car Talk › Re: One Quarter Of Cars In Nigeria Are In Lagos- FRSC by chinjo(m): 8:17pm On Mar 09, 2016
woodcook:
I doubt this figure, I am sure the FRSC personnel did not take into consideration that most cars that came in through Lagos and headed to other part of the country are registered in Lagos to aid easy movement to final destination.

In as much as Lagos State is the state with the highest population ( save for census that puts Kano first grin ) it is also possible to host the highest number of vehicle per states, but 1/4th is questionable.

I for one know a lot of people that lived in other part of the country that registered their cars in Lagos before moving it to their bases.
The figure given by the FRSC is based on statistical research. You are talking about cars registered in lagos that are meant for use in other states. Do you know the number of vehicles that enters lagos on a daily basis? They conduct Traffic count every quarter to ascertain the number of vehicles that leaves and enters lagos on a daily basis over a period of one week.

Politics › Boko Haram: What Role Can Frsc Play by chinjo(op): 12:55pm On Feb 29, 2016
The FRSC was established on 18th February 1988 by an act of the National Assembly referred to as FRSC Est Act 2007 as amended. As the lead agency on traffic management in Nigeria, FRSC is empowered to ensure safety on our roads, clear obstructions, provide prompt rescue service among others. The same law also empowers them to bear arms. See FRSC establishment act section 19. In the light of this, I think the Federal Government should Empower them to assist the Military in rehabilitating the victims of Boko Haram and also compliment the efforts of the police and other security agencies.

Similar thread https://www.nairaland.com/2959493/each-time-travel-benin-ore-express

When the Vice President Prof. Yemi Osinbajo made a claim last week that PDP did not construct any single New Road throughout their 16 infamous years in power... Some people who are yet to recover from their political miscalculation in the last election, came for his head, branding him a liar and also circulated pictures of less than 150 Km REHABILITATED Benin-Ore as their Only defence...

However, that is not the basis of this thread.
I am from the South Eastern Part of the Country and one of the most neglected regions of the country by the past governments...

These roads I am going to unveil thus, lead directly to my State from other parts of the contra, depending on the route one chooses to ply...But unfortunately the roads are in a very bad and unmotorable state...

There is no way one will pass thru these roads without dropping and heaping curses on the past governments, especially goodLUCK EBELE Azikiwe Jonathan, our adopted Son, in whom we hugely supported and still being regarded as our best...

Take a look at these Pictures:

1. Onitsha- Enugu- Portharcourt Expressway

2. Aba-Ikot-Ekpene-Uyo Expressway..
Is it possible for GEJ to have rehabilitated all the roads in Nigeria, he started with roads that are economically viable to the nation such as Benin-ore, lagos-ibadan, Abuja-lokoja and so many others. Other Governors like Godswill Akpabio used state funds to rehabielitate most of the federal roads in the state but ur Ochendu of a governor and his son were busy siphoning the states funds while u people were shouting OWAN and IKUKU. In cross river state for example, the Governor Ben Ayade is constructing a virgin Super highway when his people are dieing everyday along CALABAR-ODUKPANI-Itu road. Its time for our governors to get their priorities right.

Tarfa must be feeling the heat and losing clients in droves to have sued for N5billion.
No matter how many SANs u have by your side, clients would run away from a lawyer like Tarfa because they wouldn't want to have the stigma of people feeling they bribed to get favorable judgement. There are other clients that would also no longer hire him because they wud feel no judge wud give him a favorable judgement to avoid their own image being tarnished.
Tarfa must now be feeling the grave negative effects of his indiscretions. His career is actually in turmoil now.
That will only happen in a country with good moral values not a country like Nigeria where a president has still not been able to produce his WAEC certificate 10 months after winning Election. #Buhariwhereisyourcertificate?

This is the true summary of what is happening in our country today. The president is focussing all his energy in the fight against corruption and abandoning the Economy. By the time Buhari is through with the anti corruption war, the masses who were supposed to benefit from the fight would have all died of poverty and starvation. My suggestion is that the president should focus same energy in the revival of nigeria economy as he is focusing in the fight against corruption.

These people wan chop from the yam eater's money (David Mark) small before he is finally lay to rest in Akpegede.

It is quite disheartening and pathetic that the only message Mark campaign train can sell to the people of Benue south senatorial district is that Comrade Dan Onjeh is a stooge to the Tiv people after the Devil's Mark abysmal representation in the last 16 years.

An ethnic divisive politics common to the PDP as against an undeniable laudable achievements cannot stand the test of the improvished decision at the poll.
Bros as it stand today, David Mark still remains the biggest politician to come out of IDOMA land. The political battle between the TIV and the IDOMA people requires someone like David Mark to be in control. Daniel Onje on his own part is a vibrant young man especially coming from a background of Unionism as a former NANS president. Until the IDOMA people are liberated, they will rather stick with David Mark

Business and vehicular activities were disrupted today in calabar as members of the National Association of Persons with Disability, Cross River State Chapter took to the street to protest the allege discrimination against its members. The protesters who barricaded the popular Cross River Basin Authority in 8 miles were seen carrying various placards to drive home their points. All efforts to make them sheath their sword proved abortive as at the time of writing this report. Part of their demands are:
-Equal right for employment
-Favourable government policies
-improved welfare of its members
-A bus for the association to ease their transportation. Among others.

Hmmmmmmm.

Are you not committing the same offence EFCC is accused of committing? Imagine you pronouncing an accused innocent before judgement day.
Bros The law remains the law. There is a great difference between law and morality. The law says an accused person is innocent until pronounced guilty. It never said an accused is guilty until pronounced innocent. So in the Eyes of the law, Chief Olisa Metuh is presumed to be innocent until found guilty.
