This Is what she got after 3 years of natural hair . . she has 4a (really kinky) hair like moi. And probably yall as well, difference is . . she uses way better hair products to protect our fragile hair. . it looks strong but its really not . . her length is my Goal this Year, I bought all the products she uses and I plan to follow her regimen to a tee Her Regimen is here -> http://public.fotki.com/Reniece20/hair_growth_challenges/my_hair_growth_challenge/current-2008-regimen/ I emailed her, and she'll give me updates if there is any! Happy Growing Ladies!
PS. FL-she uses "protective" styles as well keeps her hair braided in rows 2-3 months at a time https://images45.fotki.com/v1259/photos/2/200257/6403694/USEDSC_0282-vi.jpg our textures are alike, except her is way better conditioned, no MORE cheap products! Cleaning my Stash and heading to Ulta tommmor, Walmart luckily had a sale on( some of the products she listed) in their hair salon.
Becareful . . these hair products ARE NOT cheap, but to have that length by Dec, its worth it, Im not that far behind .
The hair in the video is also natural?? It's soooo beautiful and shiny too!! Chai, natural hair and I don't get along. . .can't comb What I do now is just get my perms a little later than usual, like every 2 months.
And that itself is hard because I wear my hair all the time, rarely braid 'em and I don't wear weave.
I checked out the website, the products are not too much, how expensive are they? Yeah, going by your hair pics, you aren't too far behind but I am.
All these "wife, submit to your husband and husband, love your wife" talk, does it even make sense to you people? Isn't love supposed to be a mutual thing, why assign roles i.e one submits and one loves?. What a load of applesauce!!
ThoniaSlim: My Mum's from Anambra and there was never a case of high bride price from my Dad or my maternal cousins who've been married so far! SO what are some peeps talking about?
