davidylan: All these little kids with access to computers. Hmmm take stock with some of the guys here, many of them disagree with my point but they dont put it across with such a severe lack of civility.
To address your point . . . is black-on-black crime the reason blacks are at the economic end of the ladder? So bob crime is why the teen pregnancy rates among blacks is highest? Its why the drop out rate is also highest among blacks right? So whites dont have white-on-white crime which is even of greater magnitude?
Seriously? LOL that was just one example, sorry that flew over your head. Ponder on your questions and you might just find the answers. |

davidylan: What is wrong with africa is not our lack of a heart. Is that why the black community is at the bottom of the ladder economically in the US too? Puhlease enough of this nonsensical excuses. Umm, YES. Black-on-black crimes. Anyway, you keep proving it with this topic. |

bluespice: actually, im not trying to get into this argument, but coon is a pretty intense word for anyone to use, more so a black person against another black that said, there are self hating racists (they hate their race so much and would identify as another race were it possible) I'm sure she's not a self-hating racist, that's why she mentioned "self-hating" in the first place. Anyway, you probably wouldn't understand, it's a special lingo ( ) that emanated from the many black-women bashing threads on here. She means nothing by it, all semantics. Some people consider the N-word more intense, well I do while some are comfortable with it. |
Romance › Re: Black Guys Why U Hurtin Black Ladies? by chiogo(f): 10:02pm On Jan 15, 2010 |
SEFAGO: Well she should deal with it. She uses coon too much in all her posts. I have so many friends (especially biracial) who tell me they don't date black girls or that this girl is "dark" and I deal with it. I don't agree with them, but i don't consider them "coons" LMFAO!! Why are you people vexing because she said coon? Black guys use the N-word to refer to themselves and their buddies all the time, I don't see anybody complaining. And don't tell me it's different. If she's black(which she is), then she's obviously not racist, right? SEFAGO: Thats quite a silly question- think over it. Nope, it's really not. Ponder on that. |
Romance › Re: Black Guys Why U Hurtin Black Ladies? by chiogo(f): 9:54pm On Jan 15, 2010 |
SEFAGO: LOL, I doubt I would go to jail for that. Anyways it would never happen, I usually don't encounter poor black girls except when they are cleaning or working for me.
African-American wannabe, man the next time this chick uses "coon" on me na that time she would be looking for trouble on NL. And she is talking of self-hate? Everything she says smells of resentment and I do know a lot of black girls have this inadequacy complex, but that doesn't really mean they should take it out on random people online.
Wetin I do? I make fun of Nigerian girls, but I dont remember explicitly comparing them to women of other african countries not to talk of other races.
I could if I want too, and infact, I can do ten times worse than these guys- I have statistics, forums and a lot of info. But I do know the sociological implication.
I only tease Nigerian women for fun- I really dont mean 95% of it. She never called you a coon, she was referring to black dudes who fancy white girls but instead of just attributing it to preferences, they denigrate black women by saying stuff like, "white girls have straight hair and don't wear weave like black girls, they're submissive/easy", etc. Why can't they just prefer white girls and leave it at that? Anyway, I think she used "coon" in a funny way not being racist, same way she says "nugor". So funny!! |

Davidylan, you're not making sense as you're not exactly doing anything yourself besides rant. You should take your arguments up with the Nigerian government.
Obviously, it is the government's duty to cater to its people and if they fail to do so? what do you do besides save lives who are in urgent need of saving IF it is within your means? Typing essays on here will NOT make the government do what you're supposedly asking for, which is common knowledge anyway. |
From what i've observed with real married couples, men, the whole den den den, you did not submit to me, i'll tell my mommy for you, submission issue doesn't really come up. They are too busy worrying about real, honest to goodness issues like how to bring their children up well and giving them the best life, for all that crap. Quite frankly, you gotta have too much time on your hands to have that on your mind, and this is why it's the unmarried ones who make it an issue.
LMFAO!!@ sentence in bold. Thank you. The way they be having migraines about this issue ehn, I tell you if they took Nigeria's problems this seriously, we'd be better off than the U.S. Real talk! |

SEFAGO: But how can you know that? How can the ordinary market woman on the streets of Lagos be able to tell if the guy running for Governor really has her interest at heart?
Haiti did not gain independence from France per se. It gained it from sorrow, tears, and blood. Haiti is the only country to have emerged from a successful slave revolt. Through their speeches. Yeah, I read about Toussaint and co., which is why it is sad how badly the country is still doing. |

We are kinda over populated, what's the pop. 150 million? Compared to Haiti, Cape Verde, Jamaica, Trini, etc Well, that kinda provides an excuse for the poverty even though it's still the government's greed |

SEFAGO: And probably in a better position that most of the "developed" countries. I have always been interested in the chinese government model though, reminds me of Singapore and their rise from developing to a developed country. Tells you democracy is really not the best form of government.
Now back to Haiti noteworthy for being the black revolutionists Well, it would be if who the people looked up to lived up to expectations. Isn't Haiti the first Black nation to gain independence from France or something? Well then, it's what is achieved with the independence that matters. |
i think the classification is this: i think third world countries are a type of developing country. so all third world countries are developing countries but not all developing countries are third world countries. china seem to me to be a second world developing country.
True say. I'll give it 2nd world seeing as they're way ahead of Nigeria. SEFAGO: However, Economically China falls under the highly industrialized country list Exactly. Well, basically if you aren't first world, then you're 'developing', doesn't make 'em third world though. |
