Reminds me of AJ Wright once again. You have to be strategic when shopping there  Some really cheap but nice stuff may be packed in one section and it doesn't even say clearance. You just have to be patient enough for find these sections.

Just double coat it and you are good to go!

Yup! 99c is really cheap. Sometimes, I don't even need a double coat, just dip it in really deep for the first coat. lol

I've been using them(like 4 different colors) for over a year now.
I like when they have a thick look inside the bottle, cheap Wet and Wild has that look so that's what I go with. The few ones that I spent a little more money on aren't even thick, you gotta apply like three coatings.

I use a bunch of different ones. Mostly wet n wild Chika

I just bought this blue-colored one called L.A. colors, it lasted for about a week.

I use sally hansen for top coat.
