Its actually correc and you know it that's why you are doing the blah blah . A state is a political entity constructed to organize a sovereignty. It usually applies to federations and such. Since the UK was never a federation at any time (I might be wrong), it would make sense that there are no states. Lagos is a city. You are looking at it from the American context in which cities are constituted within states. Don't worry I hard problem distinguishing the too when I was like age 8 or something. However Lagos is a true megacity. Its just like saying Tokyo is not a city.

Usually newspapers put the age of a person next to their names. Its pretty standard. Also some of the pieces on you were Newsbriefs if you know what that means. I am not cocky though just confident. Its not a fake age u know it lol. Usually when people start NL, they put their birth date unconsciously, then later in the road they can change it to N/A or 102. This was your age when you were still inexperienced on NL.

Not true, I was on a b-ball team, this tallllll girl couldn't play. Tall people like that are mostly good for dunking not shooting. 
The one on my team wasn't this tall though so she couldn't dunk.
