The problem is not PMB declaring to contest again in 2019 and everyone excited he'd be voted out. The big question is, who will replace him? Look at the list of front runners jostling to be President next year:

2. Kwankwaso
3. Makarfi
4. Saraki
5. Lamido
6. Moghalu
7. Fela Durotoye

Who will you vote against Buhari next year? We seemed stuck with the same people for next year. The choice is yours anyways.
