That reminds me a similar incident that happened when we were kids then. A popular taxi driver known as Oloola, was lured to the bush and murdered for ritual purpose to harvested his HUNCHBACK. This was harvested and bagged in a sack locked in his taxi trunk.
According to the Police, the same Man (Oloola) the murdered man went to informed the Police that he saw some people while killing human being for ritual, describing the vehicle they are coming with and their route.
The Police said the Man was standing with them pointing to the vehicle, and that as soon as the vehicle was stopped, the Man disappeared.
A searched of the vehicle confirmed the report and this was brought to the King Palace and we all rushed to the palace to have a glimpse of it. Guessed with bear pant then.

Sounds like the police didn't want to reveal their source
