What is this now? Graduates have suffered, Companies now use recruitment for audit purposes and as a form of advertisement.

If you have a new company, you want fast cheap awareness, just create a standard website, create fake graduate trainee opening and voila, the bloggers and job sites and job seekers will do your advert for you and in 3 months your company is well known!!!

Pathetic!!!! Even standard Old Companies like Unilever (Niger Company) also use this unemployment thing as a form of advert!!!!.

Am facing same problem.Applied for nutrition advisor(south-east),wrote their function test and did their interview,received a success mail and that was the last i heard from them.

I think they are good at back door recruitment,bias and incompetent

So sad, I actually went through the same thing, did tests and interview, got success mail and since march I've not heard from them. Only to find out some people have resumed (contract staff)....If Nestle is so much of an equal opportunity employer, how on earth did those guys get in as contract staff in the first place if not via Favoritism.

These are the kind of things that Lalasticlala can help put on FP so people will know what graduates are going through and probably Nestle and the likes will adjust.

Its almost everywhere probably due to the season as rains have come, water level have also gone up so power generation will most likely improve.

Though kudos to the new administration for making it available to the citizenry and not just a selected few.

CHM11 Dont be too quick 2 dismiss de hopes of Mr. Socrate, de batch dat came 4 training last month(MAY) had received their success mail in November last yr. One of them is a gud friend of mine. In as much as there can be lots of disappointments, there r surprises too...all one needs to do is to keep hopes alive and keep trying other worthwhile options..besides, many oda places pay betta dan Nestle!!!!

Don't get me wrong bro, I am only judging based on past experience. Hopefully it will be different for these guys.

Lol some people have been waiting for them since last year. Yours sincerely have been waiting for them since March.

My advice, move on, if they call for medicals when you expect, beautiful, if they don't, I guess its a loss to them as you know your onions and what its worth.

Its my church, but I say this is pure publicity stunt. All the thousands of CV that was submitted some months back at the job bureau in WOFBI, canaanland, what have they done about it? Are there no CVs there that match these openings?

I doubted d authenticity of this your info until i just called a friend. I was among those who wrote Nestle functional test on 6th of this May, we were 5 in my location ie North East(Jos) that wrote the functional test after which only two of us were successful and proceeded to interview that same day. After one week ie 13th of May, i got a success mail that congratulated me and advised me to wait for the next stage ie invitation for medicals,but till now no msg yet. I called that my friend after reading your post yesterday and lo and behold he told me he did his medicals some weeks ago in Lagos while i did not recieve any invitation. Just two candidates and only one candidate was invited. My singular problem with this long awaiting job is that i got admission for my masters (M.Sc) and payment for reg. expires this wednesday and i have been thinking of abandoning the program hoping that i will get the offer with this coy. Now i dont know where to start from. Shall we still be invited for medicals or not? I dont know! If not,let them pls notify us so that one can make good decision. Pls advice me. NB. Hmmmmm, I was just passing by when I saw all these stories, I also have the same issue with Nestle. After interview, I received success mail for this march and since then nothing. Insider info has it that some contract staff did medicals and resumed for the same job I applied for. Since march, no single message from Nestle.

A friend working with them told me that some people for other openings have been left like that for over a year. I'd advice you to go for your MSc instead of waiting on this company. If they invite you, fine, if they don't, fine also.

Maybe they should stop taking wine with glasswares at Aso rock. They should start taking Fresh palmwine with calabash. Let's see if we will be bothered about Toast!!!!
