Accurate method. Stir frying is the best way to get the best out of your pasta.

But no external water should enter your spag. Save some of the pasta water for the sauce and if you are serving it later, you can also use some of this water to lighten it up as pasta shouldn’t be dry.

You did very well.

I can imagine the taste. But this is low budget, ,just making it nice still.

Just keep practicing. And be open to trying out things. And always taste your food, if it's not the taste you want, add a bit more, keep adding it like that in-between cooking. Don't add so much once.

Keep doing it, in 2weeks you will be shocked. In the beginning it may not be sweet oh,no wahala, eat am like that na your food.
Atimes when I make rubbish, I will say ah we will eat it like that oh, when e sweet we eat am so all of us must eat it
