Yes ooo. I pray so. Thanks

Okay. Great.

You might not even be required to quarantine by then if you are fully vaccinated (I'm speculating here)
Thanks so much.

Tutu82:

That’s a good time span.Remember Test to release cost between £99 and £149 so take this into consideration as your travel balance after ticket is £520 so it would further deplete to £420.
Enjoy your holiday in advance.x.

I intend to travel in October. My total days will be 15 days because I will be using test to release.

Nchabuomo:

When do you intend to travel? Will you quarantine for the whole duration of the trip? If the 200k is already in your possession then there's no need to add your husbands account statement. Just highlight that he sent you the funds on so so date

Thanks tutu82. I intend to spend 15 days cause I will be using test to release.

Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Chpelu: 9:58am On May 31, 2021
Okay like how much should I get. My daughter am traveling with is a year old and I have an invite letter. My salary is 265k monthly. My living cost is 60k leaving me with a disposable income of 205k. Like I read here I don't want to spend more than 2 months of my disposable income.

quote author=Tutu82 post=102217106]
Good morning,that’s straightforward.
1.400k
2.My Partner/Husband
3.200k
Not to rain on your parade but if this includes your ticket,is it possible for you to get a bit more funds as you have 600k which is only about £1050.

Good evening all. Pls I am filling a Uk standard visitors visa form. I am traveling with my daughter. My husband transferred 200k into my account to support our daughter trip expenses. And he is writing a consent letter for both of us and he will mention the 200k in the letter. Intend spending 400k for the trip plus the 200k my husband transferred. Making it a total of 600k. My question is what do I fill in the visa form dat say
1. how much are you personally spending on dis trip.
2. Is there anyone paying for part of dis trip.
3. How much is he giving you.

Even those going to see family member are not spared by Eco. Me, my husband and child was refused with flimsy excuse in April , to go visit my uncle with flimsy excuse. Those eco are just refusing visa especially for people traveling in May.

Thank you. Like you guys should chill with tourism applications.. corona is very much around in the UK and everywhere is locked up..shops, stores, banks with limited opening times... everything is one kind... which tourism pls?? The ECO will just be using anger to assess your applications. There is no tourism. If you are coming to visit a family member or friend, that’s a different thing altogether.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Chpelu: 10:17am On May 17, 2021
Pardom me. I am lost. I don't understand what you meant by going back to the drawing board. Do you suggest he should stick to the previous travel plans he used for his first application. Can you pls help me understand more. So we don't make mistake again

Tutu82 post=101760629]
Right, this story is no longer straightforward and i see another refusal. If they have been refused from the letter he should know how to go about this second application.
To take a tour of the stadium you have to pay same to get souvenirs also,Football tickets are quite pricey and start from £60 that is if they are not sold out so he would have to show he has booked already.
Besides Buckingham palace,Trafalgar Square and London Bridge most other tourist attractions you have to pay for so how will he do this?.To shop and get one or two things for himself the cheapest shops i know is primark and even that will touch the pocket.
An oyster topup for a week to use the train and/or bus within zones is £30minimum so no that 200k budget will no more stand.
Their first refusal must have been a tourist visa so this has to be as well but very few people go on holiday for a week.I am not an eco but at this point am no longer convinced.
Perhaps he can forget this for now and go back to the drawing board.Better still take his family for a beautiful week to somewhere else.

He was refused visa with his wife and child to visit uk for 21 days to go on family vacation. So he is reapplying to go alone In October. Since he is no longer traveling with his wife and child. He can just shop one or two tins for himself . Then he will be going for fewq site seeing and he intends to also go watch his favorite football club match while he is in UK. Is the above a good reason for his short visit.

quote author=Tutu82 post=101751067]
That 200k should work more than the 120k
He would have to state the reason for his short trip on additional information page and be sure to say he is not doing any shopping or sight seeing.I hope this helps.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Chpelu: 3:24pm On May 16, 2021
He is going for personal trip. He is not doing shopping for his family. Is 200k enough for emergency cash.

quote author=Tutu82 post=101746728]
That would depend on if he is going to doing any shopping for the family but he will need transport and emergency cash.He can’t change his salary and disposable income as it would not tally what is in the statement.
Is it a business or personal trip?.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Chpelu: 7:51am On May 16, 2021
Thanks for the response. How much do you suggest his budget to be for one week trip. He will be accommodated by my uncle.
As for his leaving cost and disposable income and salary, does he need to redo that as well.

Tutu82 post=101722191]
Hello. Not enough as return ticket alone is minimum 300k which leaves him with 150k(£230) for his trip.Re do your budget.
Omokas2: Pls can u put me through how you able to write to them.
I want to help me with the format you used and the email address I am to send the complaint to. Thanks I would really appreciate your response

Omokas2 post=101565711]Thank you for your email correspondence of 10 February where you have raised a complaint regarding an administrative review on your application.

I am upholding your complaint.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to you on this matter and for the inconvenience this has caused.

We have looked into the points raised in your correspondence and examined the documents you submitted with the application. The only deposits in your Megapraise Microfinance bank account are your salary payments from your self-employment and it does seem that this was overlooked by the decision maker when considering your application.

In the light of this, the Entry Clearance Manager has agreed for the case to be reconsidered by a different decision maker who will be assessing this application from a fresh perspective. A decision should be reached shortly and you will be notified.

Please note that a reconsideration does not guarantee a favourable outcome when considering a case.

Thank you for your patience with this matter and I hope my response clarifies the position.

I believe I have addressed all the points you have raised. However, if you feel that there are specific aspects that have not been addressed you can request a review of our response within one month of the date on this letter by emailing us at:

Yes, we were treated unfairly. You are like the 9th person that mentioned we been treated unfairly.
The ECO that handle our application is a sadist.
All his monthly salary reflected in his account statement. And he gave a full explaination about how his freelancer job is not fixed.

If I want to reapply for me and my baby alone to travel to UK. Do I need to submit my own bank statement for my baby application or my husband bank statement. Or our bank statement is not needed for her application since she is an infant.
Thanks
Thanks
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Chpelu: 7:35pm On May 09, 2021
Royalmu thanks so much for your response.
Concerning the company been active on CAC, yes I have checked and it's active.
The bank statement he submitted shows his all his monthly salary from all his sources of income. The only he didn't submit is his payslip from his freelancer project he does with one of the company in he works with.
Also we didn't write a cover letter, we had no ideal about writing a separate letter apart from the one we wrote at the additional information page on the application form online.
My husband wants to reapply in October but he is applying alone. I and baby will apply to visit for Christmas. I just want to know what and what to correct so we don't get another refusal. Thanks

Thanks fisherlala. But I will like to clarify something. I couldn't understand wat the ECO was talking about at first paragraph in the refusal letter.
1. The 1500 pounds in my application is for me own personal trip expense my husband's own is not included. My husband expense for his own trip is 1800 pounds. And our daughter is a year old (nfant), infant sit on lap in flight.
2. My uncle has a 5 bedroom apartment which I submitted his home insurance and utility bill.
3. We didn't state my uncle as sponsor. He is only providing accommodation for us.
4. We had more than twice the amount of trip expense in our closing balance each.
5. For the monthly expenses of 50k I already explained in the additional page
of the application form that there are some month I spend more than 50k.
So I was wondering what happened.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Chpelu: 11:31pm On May 08, 2021
good day, justwise and all the gurus in the house. i applied for uk visit visa with my husband and daughter. My uncle is sent us invite letter and stated that he will be responsible for our accomodation and upkeep while in the uk. I am employed with monthly salary of 145k and also recieve monthly salary from me and hubby business. I submitted my marriage certificate, all our birth certificate, employment letter, introduction letter from my boss, leave approval letter, my personal bank statement where i receive my salary and me and hubby's company bank statement. My husband is self emeployed and he pays himself 180k monthly from the company acct. he also work part time for an international company and he recieve 165 dollars monthly fixed. he also works does freelancer project for a multinational company in Nigeria but his payment is not fixed and only receives wage according to the project he does. He submitted our company bank statement, personal savings account and is personal current dollar account where he recieves 165 dollars monthly, introduction letter on his bussiness letter head , Contract letter and payslip from the foreign company, Frelancer contract letter., business name registration, local government permit , house rent agreement and receipt.
At the part which say 'is anyone paying for all or part of your trip' i stated my husband will pay part of my trip and they asked how much will he give me i said 200 pounds . I already said i intend to spend 1300 pounds for my trip. The section where i was asked how much i spend for my leaving expenses i stated 50K of which i wrote it at the additionally information page that the 50k is an average since some month are more and some months are less, but the eco still refused me based on that.
My daughter was refused because her parent where refused and we stated that we are the one she is travelling with.
The ECO jst refused our visa in a rush ,he/she made alot of typo error even saying my husband intend to travel with his wife and children intend of child, our employer and my uncle was not even contacted. we went for biometric at ikeja tls on 27th of march in 8 days decision has been sent to us via mail.
I cant still figure out what the problem was. kindly help me review the refusal letter
