I'm of the opinion that when we criticize an invite, we should mention which player should have been invited. Olakunle is a very fast winger, even though he gets his final decisions wrong most times, but which other pacy winger does the SE have now that should have been invited in place of Olakunle?
Did you read my first line?

Their matter tire me, Alhassan that was a beast before moving to the US. Even though I think that move was a wrong move for him, the guy does have it in him and I can't remember him ever putting a foot wrong with the SE, even when he played at RB
Lol the boy is reckless and always commiting fouls in dangerous places like Fegor Ogude.

I like the invitation of Olakunle due to his stamina and pace but the boy was a total hero football player during the U17 world cup. Very selfish and annoying. I just hope he has changed.

If the NFF president fails to act now to change these referees, if anything goes wrong which boils down to refereeing error it won't be funny oo. I don't trust these South Africans.

Many smart Africans dey use us cash out wella with social media now, there is also this Cameroonian lady that majorly focuses on our gbas gbos with Ghana on the nollywood, music and entertainment scene or sector to drive traffic to her page, and she confessed she's cashing out wella.
In Africa, if you want to make money through content creating, push a propaganda against Nigeria or praise Nigerians ahead of other Africans. Within minutes engagements go choke.

But inside Nigeria, if you want to make it in content creating, push a propaganda against the Igbos or praise the Igbos ahead of other ethnic groups especially Yoruba. Within minutes, engagements go choke.

This na tested and trusted update.

Nna eh! Senegalese and Moroccans don't rate other African teams. These people see the December AFCON as nothing but a contest between Senegal and Morocco.

I'm very angry right now. 😡😡

BTW, Senegal keeps producing quality talents locally and bagging some quality talents from abroad too.

They just bagged Mbaye of PSG, Thiaw of New Castle and Mamadou of Chelsea on loan at Strasbourg. Quality talents yet average ones keep rejecting us. 💔💔

Osimhen should be the 1st Nigerian to score a hattrick in the UCL
That record belongs to Yakubu Aiyegbeni. In fact, he is the first African to ever do it.

Good pick. Osimhen really needs both an on pitch partner and deputy on the bench. There's this guy with cream colored front patch of hair in Galatasaray who presses together with Osimhen. If we can get Osimhen another hunting partner like that guy at his club, it would be good.

Bro, what happened to cybereagles? I can't just read as a non member no more. Wasn't so before. I enjoy visiting there from time to time.
I'm tired of trying to get back in there. I dun give up.

I remember after the last match against Benin, a lot of people on them is forum agreed that if Lookman was in that match, we would not have scored 4 goals...
It's very simple advise..Lookman needs to be less selfish..until then, some of us will want him to start from the be bench till he fully understands that a team's glory should be prioritised above individual glory. (Same with other players who are selfish).
Lookman plays hero football. This is same reason I didn't fancy Victor Moses, but unlike Lookman, Moses could single-handedly carry the team on his day. If Lookman doesn't want to learn to play team football, he should be kept on the bench. I want my forwards as selfless as Victor Osimhen.

Like I said the other day, he is more ready, and I would give him an invite ahead of Akinsamiro.

Quality player both as a midfielder and as a right back. A great ball winner that rarely loses possession just like Moises Caicedo. Dude plays like a Ghanaian

David Moses

That's why I usually don't like it when Onuachu scores or starts scoring.

He will be invited and he will not score. Even though I must acknowledge the fact that he has not had many opportunities with him playing many minutes on the pitch. But that's besides the point. Our playing style doesn't seem to suit him.

Let's go with Osimhen and Lookman
Arokodare and Akor.
It is Onuachu versus Osimhen this weekend. If he scores or perform better than Osimhen, that invitation go sure oo since he is statistically edging Osimhen so far this season grin

That said, my pick remains, Osimhen, Akor, Moffi and Aroko

😂😂 I am indifferent to Awaziem oo. If not that the coach mentioned him, I don't think I would have.

Apart from Balotelli, Italy doesn't give black players much attention. Remember one igbo guy that Italy used in the friendly we played on the road to 2014 WC. Afterwards nothing for am. So Kayode should be wise oo and now is the time.
That was then bro. Italy is suffering from a serious dearth of quality players, and is ready to fight for talents from different races and countries. Everybody is trying to copy France now oo. Don't forget they highly value an average striker like Moise Kean.

But we all know why that's not gonna happen right? You see that we know what is right, we just want to allow mediocrity thrive. As long as we continue the way we have been set up over the last couple of years, just dey expect 1-0 or 2-1 scoreline here and there. That is if opponents no even beat us
Lookman is good but should be paired with Osimhen. He doesn't perform when played as a winger.

Nwanne me I no rate Awaziem and Osayi.

I really pray Kayode comes. I have been following him from his Fiorentina days, he is good.

If and when he comes, I would have him on the right and Aina on the left in important games against the top teams. No be me and una dey do that Zaidu, Bruno, Agu, Awaziem, Osayi things abeg.

I hope VAR will be used in the playoffs in case we meet DRC. There is a particular lunatic - Soso Mukoko that would probably be part of the DRC squad. He was just paraded by FC Lolo against Pirates and he committed numerous fouls that don't just deserve a red but a life ban, yet he was left to walk freely by these weirdos that masquerade as African referees.

Which game of David Moses stood out for you in the Czech Liga? Dont search. Just answer.

So you know he played RWB vs Atalanta then tell me I dont know the boy. Lol

Also, what is our current problems in the Super Eagles? Especially in midfield.
You don't need answers

I have reported him here in midfield at Slavia prague way more than u have mentioned him today.

He played RWB vs Atalanta. If you argue that, then u dont know what you watched.
You are the only one talking about his exploits as a RB. I'm here for his efforts as a CM.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by ChrisKels: 1:54pm On Oct 26, 2025
TheSuperNerd:
Then you have not seen both at all.

You watched Moses play at RWB and draw easy conclusions. David Moses is a lad I follow and have mentioned here frequently in midfield in the Czech Liga. Decent prospect but against Atalanta, he was not involved as much coz he had strictly a RWB role.

Also Akinsanmiro vs Fiorentina and Milan is a great exposé on the lad. If you watched those 2 games and say Akin is not ready then I dont know what to say to una.

Akin vs Udinese and Napoli are more examples.
I have seen more of his games as a CM. I didn't make my opinion based on the game they played recently where he was played as a RWB.

I have no issues with the invitation of Akin but I won't get my hopes high because I don't think he has answers to our current problems.

Slavia Prague's David Moses is the missing link in our midfield. The aggression, pace, passing and box to box. Wow! What a player. Another Benjamen who could play multiple roles!
Akinsanmiro is not suitable for our current tactics. Although, he is quite technical but lack pace and strength needed now!
I have seen both, I will say it, Akinsamiro does not have the answers to our current problem. The boy is not ready yet. He has lots of things to improve on.

There is a certain Femi Azeez at Millwall that I'm interested in. A left footed winger that is able to shoot well with his right foot.
I don't know why we are sleeping on this boy. A left footed winger that is comfortable shooting with his right foot.
