According to Charlesemeka85 he has played 16 games in the Bundesliga since 2016 that's simple not good enough over three seasons for a call up to the SE.

If you look at it with further depth you discover that over 5 seasons of football he has played barely 46 professional matches and he is 22.

He has not been outstanding quality and one of the top players for club and league. If you add the term injury prone it looks even more dire.

He can with projection and faith, hope to have an injury free season. However, until that happens it's wishful thinking. You select players on CURRENT CONTINOUS CONSISTENT PERFORMANCES not by speculative expectation. It's not harsh it's simply FOOTBALL.
