Since that penalty miss, Aina has been so withdrawn. I just hope that didn’t affect him psychologically to the extent of making mistakes today trying to be too careful. He should free his mind and be his usual self in order to give us his best.

I like that boy so much I will love to see AFCON gold medal around his neck today.

Haller doesn’t look fit, I want our defenders to bully the hell out of him.

So Ibrahim Sangare has Nigerian ancestry through his mother..

That's interesting
The Ivorian-Nigerian Ibrahim Sangare is a business man with an Ivorian dad and a Yoruba mom. He is not same as the N’Forest player.

What's JPez's contract situation? We need some level of continuity to be able to navigate the world cup qualifiers, with what I have seen of the SA team.

Him and Omeruo might be leaving. We must get Tosin and look for one more capable defender
If we make it to the World Cup, Ekong will be done with us after the World Cup.

When I saw him as the next taker, I shouted. Like why Omeruo of all people? I told the person beside me that na outside stadium Dem go pick the ball. Alas! Baba disappointed me. The PK was too cold. He made Willy Willy sit down and drink water.
He killed my moral completely when the camera zoomed in to show his face and he looked like he was muttering some words and looked confused and jittery. I said to myself who chose Omeruo to take pk, omo the guy come disappoint me oo 😂🤣😂

Where will Ndidi play when he comes back?

Onyeka is now the most important player in our midfield. If we maintain this system, who sits between Ndidi and Iwobi?
Emeka

Eze own too pain u I knw but one thing u should hv at the back of your mind is that we can’t and will never hv them all 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Their is no harm in trying and the football house and coach should be relaxed waiting for these kids to beg first before been considered for a call up

I just wish the current nff chairman and jpes will be aggressive in getting these kids just the way Pinnick and rohr were during their time.
For fücks sake when this mugu was a nobody without a club we gave him a sense of belonging and encouraged him by bringing him to train with our big boys, and this anuofia turned around to shit on us when we needed him. Aswear I don’t wish him well. Others no pain me one bit, but that ingrate called Eze can go to hell.

My guy fall my hand no be small 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The two players I had my coin on were Moffi and Iheanacho. I was skeptical when Ekong stepped up because I felt Ronwen Williams could get his prediction right as they were familiar foes, just as Nwabali did Mokoena.

If the nff push for the kid we will get him I believe. His dad wants him to play for Nigeria.
If you ain’t born and bred here, I don’t count you, until you show you wanna be one of us.

Yes, Tammy’s dad also wanted him to play for Nigeria, same as Saka’s dad. Your brother from Mbaise has thought me a lesson, I will never get my hope high on any player born abroad again.

the teams performance and current momentum will lure a lot of them to us only if the nff will act fast

One of the most important amongst them is the young Lecce left back Dorgu. That kid is the new Alphonso Davies
If we get Dorgu(which I doubt), then our LB is sorted for years. I’m not putting my mind to it. The most feasible addition in that defensive set up is Adarabioyo.

An epitome of confidence. This guy handles his defenders and encourages his players as though he was their guardian. Well, yea he guards their post. Dude acts so mature and he is full of presence. His aura is so superb and it is hard to believe he is just a new member of the team.

Those of you saying we missed Zaidu yesterday I guess you guys were watching the back of your TV sets. How was he missed? Did the SA threaten through our left or were we found wanting defending from our left side? What was that that was missed about Zaidu, his crosses? Did you guys see how delicious Aina crosses were and his neat tackles inside our box? We didn’t miss him. We only missed Aina on the RWB position. SA attacked more through the middle with long balls trying to catch our centre backs flat footed.

Did you know that the two players(Iheanacho and Nwabali) who decided our PK fate yesterday are from same village but different states? Lol funny right? They are both from Egbema. A village cut into two halves in the name of state creation. One half in Imo and other to Rivers.

Egbema boys madi oo!!

Torunarigha is not an upgrade to any of our starters. I am hoping Tosin will come in. Udoukhai as well.
Even if Uduokhai comes I won’t bank on him because he is injury prone. I think Akpoguma deserves another chance especially in this system.

We've Jordan and also I am sure so many foreign born will wanna turn up for nigeria after this final most especially as we're approaching world cup year
Jordan Torunarigha is a left footed CB, he isn’t suited for that role. He can serve as a back up to Bassey. In Ajayi’s position you should be looking at players like Adarabioyo and Igoh Ogbu.

Another win we had today is that our players who were at the risk of missing the finals if they had gotten another yellow all came out unscathed. Come Sunday, we will be parading our full squad as usual.

Cc Solonnachi

Onyeka won’t miss the final.
