elampiro: This Pogba saga is now over flogged and sometimes it is like you guys don't credit SAF with a common sense. If Barca could lose Thiago to Bayern who said we should be able to retain every quality young lad. Pogba's agent must have advised him to set straight for where he would be guaranteed a first team football. When Pogba played for us at the beginning of 2011/12 season, he didn't have the capability of breaking into our first team. I think that was when Anderson and Cleverly gave a formidable partnership while we had Fletcher, Carrick, Park, Rooney, Young as senior players who were well balanced.

SAF must not always get things 100% right. Same SAF scouted Jones, Smalling, Janujaz and Zaha. He bought Kagawa and RVP despite the availability of Welbeck and Chicharito.

if kagawa must return, then we must get hummels. subotic is not better than oshea or wes brown.

Subotic is similar to Rio while Hummels is to Vidic. Hummels is prone to numerous errors which Subotic helps to tidy.

rooney can't pass or dribble. his intelligence in the final third is nothing to write home about. nani played rooney in with a fantastic pass against west brom.....instead of rooney to waltz in & shoot, he was still looking to pass to a player outside the box.

rooney's 1-2 ball is the worst in the whole northern hemisphere. he only completes 2% of his 1-2 passes. if rooney wasn't born in this country, he would have been sold aeons ago. fergie knew rooney is limited as an interiore and that was why he got kagawa.

moyes, the media and the fact that it's a world cup year is the reason rooney won't be dropped anytime soon but the fans who don't know are using his stats to back him up.

as long as rooney scores a hatrick every game, it does not matter even if the team as a whole concedes 6 goals each in those games. if rooney's stats are not winning matches for us, then his stats are meaningless.
