Cleverly's 'keeping the ball' is a 'make e no spoil for my hand' style of play. He can neither function well as a DM nor play the role of Scholes or Xavi effectively. He needs enforcers around him cos he can't hurt opponents even if given much time on the ball. So he is jus average n a squad player.
