HONESTFACT101:Thank God that the Igbo stayed out of the failed protests. If they had participated, the protests would have been violent. You see how they are killing one another in their dot republic. |
d1tto:Yes, we too are happy that the Igbo people stayed away from the protests. Have you heard of violence from any part of the country? There can not be violence since the violent souls conceived in hatred and filled with hateful stories by their patents stayed away. They are lucky sha as guys dey wait them for Lagos so that they will get part 2 of endears. But alas, they were holed in their abodes. |
inoki247:Everyone knows that people living in a tiny dot are marvelled when bad things happen in the country because of hatred. I have news for you. Soon, your ungun known men, bandits and your sponsors will steam in their oil. Just some time more. You think any responsible government would allow the carnage that accompanied last endears protests to happen again. |
Stakeholders:That is not true. The issues are more than that. |
Wiseandtrue:Just like your leaders opposing the government collect grants from failed politicians. They collect huge sums of money to cause confusion and heat up the polity. At the end if the day you get puff puff, sachet water and condoms. In a way you are two of the same kind. Stop blackmailing people based on their conviction. If you want to protest, GI out and protest. As for elections, if you have the numbers, vote in your candidates. Shikena |
raker300:What do you want to do, raze "Nairaland"?. If this is not part of the dot in a circle, he is only playing the game you know so well since you are the purveyors - in -chief of fake news and propaganda. |
pacespot:We are not defending Lagos just for the sake of it. The last endears protests was clearly hijacked by the Igbo/ Ipobs (I know what I am saying) The events of 21st October 2020 in Lagos were carefully planned and executed. Right from the orchestrated "Lekki massacre" to the large scale razing of the city were well coordinated. Any wonder that the major actors were Igbo?. The elite you refer to knows this very well but for the sake of national peace and cohesion has decided to let sleeping dog lie for now. Have you ever wondered why the south west governors clearly stated that "Lagos was attacked" during the riots? They have their facts. The co ordinated attacks which distorted the security architecture of the state (and the nation) resulted in looting and stealing on a magnitude that has never been experienced before in the state. Be that as it may, do you now think an indigene of Lagos (or even a south westerner for that matter) would allow such to happen again?. I tell you my brother that it will never happen. People hold protests all over the world but they are held for politically expedient and reasonable reasons. But the actors in Nigeria are organising protests out of anger and frustration of not being able to acquire state power because they are jot popular enough. Do you think it is reasonable for instance to hold a protest and demand that "Buhari must go"? Is that politically correct? If you don't want him, why not wait for the next electoral circle? This is the exact reason well meaning Nigerians have distanced themselves from the proposed madness? Anybody talking of revolution now is simply playing on the minds of gullible Nigerians. |
Karlovych:Jubril el sudano has no need to present any military certificate: we all know of his "military certificate " when he defended his country by taking part in killing three million of the inhabitants of the "dot in a circle" who were being rascally sometime ago. As for Bola Tinubu, we all know that an uncertificated person can not work for Mobil international not to talk of riding to the position of executive director finance - in Chicago, USA. What we need to know is the occupation of the hunch backed albino who is playing tennis with the brain of those that inhabit the "dot in a circle" |
Lordsonn:Buhari has angered only the southern people who inhabit the dot in a circle. I'm not one of them and therefore not offended by the president. Everyone should paddle his canoe abeg. |
SenatePresdo:You claimed that some people were killed during endears. What happened to the government?. I'm afraid to inform you that those that would be killed tomorrow are still alive today, plotting his to cause mayhem tomorrow. A word is good enough for the .......... |
realstars:This is because it is only in Nigeria that protests are carried out with bad belle. When you block highways and occupy personal residential or business premises, you commit a criminal offence. Citizens of civilised climes would not do this but in a country that houses members of the most hateful persons in the world (you know them), this is the order of the day. Therefore, a responsible government would do all it can to protect law abiding citizens from hateful cave men. |
etokhana: |
Joysticks:OK. Leave Tinubu with his people that he has sold. Go to your dot in a circle and protest there. Burn everything and kill everybody you see. Really, it is not our concern. If you think the Bleep that you people did on 21st October 2020 would be allowed, you are very wrong. |
pacespot:If you want to know who he is, go to ojota tomorrow. You will know that he is not alone. If you are desirous of arson, go to your state of origin and burn whatever you find there. No Lagos indigene would support your activities, no matter his political view. |
ImmaculateJOE:Anybody that has a lawful business should go out and earn his living. Forget about anything going wrong because nobody would allow it. The useless #endsars has seen to that. Anybody who does anyhow would see any how. Guaranteed. |
LordLugard1:Reason is that the unknown gun men, political activists, ESN and tuuta are all tools in the hand of failed politicians who are facing the battle of their lives. The discredited PDP is doing all it can to bounce back to power but it is an exercise in futility. |
nigerianrevolut:Which South Nigerian flag? Abi awon pipu yi nsiere ni? . The Yoruba nationality will never have anything with the yeebos. Let everyone paddle his canoe. After all, Yoruba land is not a dot in a verrry big circle. We are open to a lot of options. |
Mexzy4sho:.....but his comments on the "dot in a circle" is a spot on. His revelation on the stance of the elders and youths if the south south is a masterstroke that placed the final nail on Ipobs. "A dot in a circle", ah!!!! Buhari no good at all. |
PStacks:We're planning to make her the chairman after the second tenure of the current chairman. Any body that has the numbers can block her nomination. Shikena |
Anago55:If kanu causes a war, would you tolerate any Igbo living amongst you? The answer is no, if you have Igbophilia, others may not have that sociological disorder. |
Headachetoigboh:You see your lives? Always hating on people. You hate Yoruba, they are afonjas, they are back stabbers, yaribanzas, yorobastards ets. You hate Hausa/Fulani. They are cows, they are illiterates, they are dullards etc. Now, you hate the south south. They are betrayals, they are back stabbers etc. Why don't you have critical thinking? Why ate hating all segment of the country apart from those from your enclaves? I want to believe that there is even no love lost between Igbo people. I once heard one Igbo man saying that the indigenes of Anambra state are not proper Igbo. What is with you people? |
Mayng01:Nothing is happening my guy. We are not even talking of the survival of Biafra, we are saying it won't happen. The casualty would be too much and the struggle would be abandoned mid way. This I have seen It's therefore wise to plan for life after Buhari. Let's plan to recover whatever would have been lost during his years in power. Believe me, Nigeria's future is surely better than the past. Just believe. |
FarahAideed:You know but very little of politics. Why is APC getting bloated by the day? In the month of June alone, two more PDP governors would decamp and join APC. Just wait and see. Reason why the party is being bloated is that an implosion is imminent. Each of the two contending blocs is bringing in new "foot soldiers", remember that Fani Kayode (of all people) almost joined them some months ago. The stronger of the two APCs would win 2023 presidential elections, they are blinding PDP deliberately and PDP knows, hence an attempt to prevent the 2023 elections from holding. This is what is currently playing out in the country. A parochial and extremist faction of APC, led by Buhari wants to hold on to power perpetually. Fortunately, they are in the minority in APC. They are the ones that enlisted the support of Dave Umahi for instance. You may recall that on the day Umahi decamped to APC, no politician of note from the south East was present. The others, Orji Kalu, Hope Uzodima etc all belong to the "other side". Tinubu being a cunning and sagacious politician has ran circles round them. Until recently, he had the custody of party register, he has a majority of serving governors and NASS members in his camp, hence the desperation of the Bunni led exco to "revalidate" party membership after only five years after the last was done. This is a deliberate attempt to tilt the current balance in APC. Whatever, the president says Tinubu is not finished yet in APC. His influence is not even waning, rather it is the "other side" that is wilting because of the activities of Fulani herders. However the game plays out, 2023 would be very interesting. |
PrinceOfLagos:Lols, very funny. Even a mad man wants good things. Things that would be razed once given to him! Any political party that parades an Igbo candidate for presidency is doomed. The Orji Kalu you mentioned knows this well enough. You should thank your hunch backed lord and saviour for this. |
Rossiminku:Please don't stress yourself. You're in a discourse with near illiterates who hates the county with a passion just because of election loss. You would wonder why the kleptomaniac administration of Jonathan was loved and tolerated by these unfortunate beings. Always in support of any bad thing/person/idea/concept |
socialmediaman:We don't have to see things from their view point. America would not tolerate Twitter if it continues to promote tweets from Alquedda for instance. Enough of hypocrisy, Twitter really messed up during endsars. No reasonable government would ever tolerate that. Imagine, promoting Kanu's incendiary comments and just deleting them after the shit had hit the fan |
socialmediaman:So, in your wild imagination, America will impose sanctions on another country over issues bordering on suspending a private company from operating. Hatred for the country has gone to another level. Let me give you an informed opinion, it can not happen, it will not happen. Diplomacy is not handled with hatred but with calculated consideration of national interest. |
Web2020:By the time the federal government finishes with Twitter, Nnamdi kanu will not be on twitter just like Donald Trump is not on Twitter. Bookmark this comment. Forget what propagandists are telling you, Twitter is losing a lot more that Nigerians are losing in terms of money. Twitter is seriously currying the federal government to lift the ban and will readily do the biding of the govt |
Web2020:It takes two to tango. It takes a paid agent to recognize another. The question is "how much are you being paid to destroy Nigeria?". |
thebosstrevor1:@the bolded: You don't get the gist. They are pained because Twitter is a very important ally in their project of destabilization of Nigeria. This much is evident during the ill motivated #endsars riots when Twitter was overtly used to mobilize and carry out destruction of parts of the country especially Lagos. However, this is a DOA project because ECOWAS court can not adjudicate on matters bordering on sovereignty and security of any country. No force on earth can reverse the suspension (not "ban" as enemies of the country always deliberately misinform people) until Twitter purges itself of seditious elements that are running its affairs in Nigeria. |
Ekez: |
ogbuefi677:Lols. So you don't know that Twitter is a very important and strategic ally to people who want to destroy Nigeria because they lost out in the power game. You know them as well as I do |
