No. It's too early in the day to start lying like this and if you continue like this, you would grow up to be like Lai Mohammed. Nobody finds clumsiness, stubbornness, stretch marks and Co, attractive. The only thing I would take on your list, is no make up. I've actually lost interest in girls cos the pictures of them I saw initially was dope(make up things) and after seeing them without makeup, got turned off like a switch. So please, go do your research properly cos what you have here is an epic fail. |
My activities on social media, are 90% business related. Several years ago, I converted my first facebook account to a business account and opened a personal account for myself. I haven't posted or logged into my private facebook page, in over 4/5 years and I have just roughly 60 carefully selected friends there and the account has restrictions cos you can't search me and find me. The one I converted to a business profile, has almost all the notable celebs in the entertainment industry as contacts... Even at that, it's majorly on Nairaland that I get to hear stories about them. The only thing you will see me post on facebook is "2012 Toyota Camry for sale, 2003 Honda accord for sale, etc". Even when I take a picture in a Bentley or Rolls Royce or Range Rover, the next thing that follows it is "for sale". No time for unnecessary rada rada. Anybody that sees me taking pictures in a Bentley or Rolls Royce and rushes to do yahoo or blood money so as to swag up, is on his own. I never said I owned the damn car...lol. Most people get carried away with other people's lifestyle due to low self esteem. Most of the celebs flossing these days, are peeps I used to know from way back when we were all hustling as upcoming music-preneurs... Some of them doing well now, are peeps who used to beg "bros, give me small change or anything for your boy",etc. Some, just needed a place to shower and keep their luggage back then while they hustle and sleep in the studio like studio rats(i wouldn't mention names) but today, amongst these folks, you'd find top video directors, music producers, etc. Someone might want to ask if I don't feel bad seemingly being left behind and the answer is NO. Rather, I feel some sense of satisfaction of haven contributed in my little ways by way of advice, to some of them. People should understand that every one has a different clock of success in life, and a different path to success. It's good allow other people's success to challenge you but never get depressed on feel inferior because you think someone is doing better than you. No matter how well you fake it, you can only be a modified version of the original. So why not put that effort into being a true version of you? For the ladies, please stop going to front of people's houses to snap pictures everyday. Most of you do it and that shit is lame. Used to have these set of fine girls on my street back then, who used to come take pictures in front of my house anytime they dress up to go out. At a point, I got so used to seeing them there and would just walk in quietly like I didn't see nothing. Of course, they must have scammed a lot of dudes that way. At the end, when I see someone uploading pictures taken in front of a gate, I just remember those chicks and smile... For me, social media is first and foremost for business and after that, we can talk about something else. If you must be active on social media, make sure it is fetching you money. Anything other than that is nonsense. |
tsephanyah:And you know all of these from where? |
omokab:Only an unreasonable human will type this poo. |
How much would she take home at the end of the month after transporting her self from ikotun egbe to V. I every month with a salary of 80-100k? I'd rather she focuses on building up her business. A proper oil and gas firm wouldn't pay that peanut. I just saw the work schedule. 8-6pm. Meaning she'd be battling with traffic from work every evening. God help her that the company is around Ajah(that one na suicide). 80-100k isn't worth much in today's Nigeria. Let her focus on her business please. |
crazygod:One minute, you hear snares and drum rolls and you're expecting the beat to evolve into a danceable melody and the next minute, it turns into a ballad... The producer needs to explain what kind of experiment he was up to. |
I've eaten all. |
As much as I do not support double dating, I think if someone like you does it, we really shouldn't blame you. It isn't easy just walking away cos that would amount to throwing away 12 good years of your life and there is no certainty that you will get married the moment you walk away from him. As it is, there is the possibility of you losing out completely in both ways, and I really do feel for you. But there are different types of men though. Some of us are looking for decent ladies we can date and close up shop with, within one year. Some are busy doing everlasting dating... How old is the man in question? Only God can help you, miss. |
lilzcee:Lol. I picked it from the younger folks around me. |
Another useless talk. Sometimes I wonder if these people have brains. Every Nigerian means about 170m Nigerians to own houses in 3 yrs time, when we can't boast of 170m people eating 3 square meals in the next 3 yrs. Stupidity is synonymous with APC. |
Unattractive people are mostly wicked; why? Their faces are usually a reflection of their hearts. |
Aero mobile |
lilzcee:No. I work in Lagos. |
IYANGBALI:Taa!!! Your lie fit make devil repent. |
IYANGBALI:Possibly. |
IYANGBALI:I was about hinting yesterday that such a thing could happen cos of his decision to not take his family's call. It would really be a thing of shame if his family scatters because of BBN. |
I think these are ****** G-wagons and they are for sale. Were those pics taken at omole estate? If yes, then they are for sale. Owned by a colleague who is an auto dealer. |
Relationships are so complicated and breakups aren't very easy to deal with especially when it hits social media. I just hope they'd someday be able to resolve their differences amicably. The part where she said "she made him" is something I'd really like to touch on. It's one of the many reasons why most men no matter how confident they are, would be very skeptical about walking down the aisle with ladies who are richer than them. Reason is that, once a woman gets upset and emotionally troubled, her mouth starts to leak and all the secrets of the marriage would start coming out. It's their nature. I once chyked someone who was well to do to an extent, but later quietly pulled back after seeing her flaunt her stuffs to me. I don't want any woman to ever tell me "I made you who you are ". Any man that values his pride and ego as a man, should avoid settling with a lady who is more financially stable than he is. This has nothing to do with inferiority complex. It has everything to do with being able to hold your head up high and never be rubbished by a woman. |
Well said. AngelicBeing: |
AngelicBeing:Lol. Unfortunately, I don't have idea on how they plant, nurture and cultivate those flowers. It would have been a good business though. At least, from what I think. |
800k to start a business today is nothing. Before, I would have said stay but right now, I say flee. The only business I can advise you to do now is farming. Anything other than that is risky cos of exchange rate wahala. |
E be like say bomb dey dis one head. Anyways, I am not opening doors for anybody and if at all I do it, it would mean I'm in a super good mood. If you can't open the door to the car, just stay at the bus stop and wait for danfo to take you home. After all, theirs doors are always wide open. |
HealthMatters16:Chai |
HealthMatters16:The fear of contracting infections, do not make me sleep around when the opportunity arises and also makes me keep enough condoms at home just in case it is needed. There's just a thing line between std and HIV. |
