I finally got a job.... see if you are a guest on nairaland pls just try and register cos nairaland forum is a blessing in disguise...., I have been a guest for years and I decided to register like some months back...... all the information I gathered here really helped me in my job hunt
Nairaland taught me to move from my comfort zone and meet new people.... well, I met new people and those people (girls) you would never know they have connections oo as in young girls between 25-30, working in global organizations, controlling big things and even responsible for themselves...
I am finally employed and the pay is nice and the resumption time is 11am....what can I say.... My parents and siblings go enjoy me die atleast before I start having other responsibilities to cater for... God bless you

estimating without details (foundation details,structural details ,mechinal and electrical plan,floor plan etc)....is quite impossible...

why not consult a professional (builder or Quantity surveyor) for estimate...

Many of our civil engineers and builders also "ADVERTISE" whatever they do..,you see a Topic like "4 bedroom bungalow in Delta state"....you're expecting to see detailed analysis of the cost, constraints of the construction, a brief history of The community, material, labour schedule and all other things involved but rather all we see are PICTURES of the different stages of the construction...... and then I ask myself what do we want to do with only pictures, when you're supposed to explain why u chose raft over pile, why you chose conc class M15 over M20 ,why you did these and that?, the truth is anybody can snap and upload pictures........that is why we still have cases of fraudulent Builders (they're people who are not builders but call themselves builders, they're spoiling the name of our profession), we now have people who have little or no knowledge uploading pictures, getting contracts from unsuspecting innocent victims.....only for the victims to come on here to CRY......I think the property section should have a LAWYER too..
I also want to thank the genuine guys here,keep up the good job,students like myself have learnt a lot ...can't thank you guys enough...

* Do you want to be a test mule? Many have given him an opportunity and he has 100% failed, 100%.
* What new build has he started in 2016? Zero, and the year is half over and yet no new build has been announced.
* Why take the risk when there are other qualified builders that can be trusted?

If you are a serious to be homewoner, you should ask yourself this question but you don't have to answer here.

He studied computer science, he has no knowledge of building at all..
A registered bulder/building engineer would never do a quack job for his clients "repeatedly" as he can be sued justly.

it should be How much would it cost to roof a four bedroom flat (stating the size of the plan)

The compaction was done by water g the foundation for ten hours after which a very heavy manually made rammer is used to compact the foundation to the required level
