This is false and will only cause more problems down the road. He will no longer be able to prove his right to work or rent once that 60 days expires. Will also no longer be able to access NHS services and more. And worst of all, ILR will be a distant possibility.

The UK is not a place where you want to live like a fugitive.

So my advice, Xtension18 is, do all you can to get another sponsor, its tough, I know, but keep pushing and if you're not able to, leave and give yourself the opportunity of returning with a clean record. Over staying will not just affect your chances in the uk but other countries as well down the line. Wish you all the best.

Mr man read what I wrote very well and stop jumping to outrageous conclusions, I never said anyone should live like a fugitive and overstay their BRP card expiration date.

I think there's a consensus from the home office to allow victims of revoked licence to continue to stay till visa/BRP expiration and if they haven't yet secured a new sponsorship job they'll have to leave instead of the previous 60 days ultimatum letter they usually do before, so be at ease as long as your present BRP expiration is still far off, you still have good time to find a new sponsor, so use it wisely.

You guys did not follow the proceeding in court and you are asking questions. Adeleke did not present a good case before the Tribunal and even the INEC did not do a tidy job. How could they tendered two different results for the same elections. Even their forensic expert agreed that there was over voting in some wards. The issue of certificate forgery was proved beyond any reasonable doubt.
You can put something on nothing,power to the people.

As long as it was valid at the time of your visa application it should be fine even at POE ( you can back it up by saying you haven't spent more than 6months since the TB test date in Nigeria) from when it expires in Jan 21 to Feb 28 (at most)

Please is tb test certificate necessary at the poe or it's just for the applicationbecause mine will be expiring on the 21 of this month and the airline tickets are something else and I considering waiting till February so I can get a good deal on airline ticket prices and avoid the January overpriced tickets rush.

How do people book for their flight, I've been trying to book for a Turkish Airlines flight but it seems my visa card can pay in dollars so it keeps failing, even tried with klm still same issue, any advice on what I can do to bypass this annoying obstacle huh

We got collection mails today. Family of 3. Biometrics was on 22nd December (priority for MA). No BRP mail, no NSF, no rejection mail.
Pls house what does this imply? Can anyone explain this?

Good evening,just got a collection mail myself this evening,no brp or refusal mail guess the holidays messed with that in a way ,it is well people still get brp even 2 days after passport collection so stay positive.
