Turkmenistan's free petrol supplies for car owners will be discontinued, although citizens will apparently keep receiving gas, electricity, water and salt free of charge.

From 1 July, Turkmens will no longer get their monthly allowance of 120 litres of free petrol, state TV reports. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, leader of the Central Asian republic, says the change is being made to "ensure the sustainable development of the national economy, as well as the rational use and distribution of fuels".
The free petrol allowance was introduced by the president in 2008. Under his predecessor, the eccentric long-time ruler Saparmyrat Niyazov, petrol was not exactly expensive either at 0.05 manat ($0.02) per litre. But after the authorities started handing out free petrol to car and motorbike owners, they also raised prices at petrol stations to almost $0.22 a litre, diaspora website Khronika Turkmenistana reports.
Turkmenistan says it has the world's fifth largest estimated reserves of natural gas, and also sizeable oil deposits. But it says has been unable to exploit them fully because the country lacks viable export routes, and there is a dispute between the Caspian Sea littoral states over the legal status of offshore oil.

Speedtest today in Central Business District, Abuja (Churchgate Towers)

Notice the 4G+ showing on my phone? It means LTE-A, LTE-Advanced or 4.5G which means nTel has deployed a future prof network at least for the time been.

The phone I'm Using is an Asus Zenfone 2. Anyone that needs it should PM me. Its currently the best mobile device for nTel.

Ok..I also got my reserved number today. Their Registration process I think needs to be reviewed as the current process is painfully slow. Anyways, I was one of the very few lucky chaps that their cell phones was compatible and bonded to the LTE network without any setting/configuration to the surprise of the nTel engineers. They had to take the phone details to see if they could include it in their bundles in the near future.

The signal strength in my house is best at 2 bars but the speed is not too bad as u can see from the screenshot. Not too bad at all.

Yes it's on legacy plan but why did you forget to also include that the price of that legacy plan has now doubled? Infact, they made sure thatif you choose to remain in the old legacy plan, you pay higher than what it would cost if you go the unified plan way. For example, in abuja, the knight plan of 7k (40gb) is now 11k on the unified plan and if I choose to remain on the legacy plan, it would cost 12k.
The increment is not realistic and very outrageous indeed. And thee sad part is they have given absolutely no explanation to their customers for this crazy hike.

I think it didnt work because of their daily limits.
For Stanbic IBTC:
International daily ATM limit is $150
International Monthly ATM limit is $750
Daily Web/POS limit is $300
Monthly web/Pos limit is $1,250

Also the current web rate is 280 naira to the $.

Got this info from thier bank today as I went searching for PTA and they said I have to travel from abuja to lagos to get PTA since its only their walter carrington branch that sells BTA/PTA... SMH

1st of all this is a big misleading topic. 2ndly that is not wuse 2 but wuse zone 5. 3rdly it is a rented building with other people ocupying it. 4thly GTBank moved out of that building more than a year ago. Two owners had issues in court and one won. They gave everyone quit notice. The building was sealed not the bank.

Oga, You are truly the only one MISLEADING yourself and others here. this building is a brand new building in Wuse 2 just after Glo Headquarters, by the Traffic junction. There is a small Stanbic IBTC bank branch by the street leading into it. I noticed that very sign on that building on my way from church this morning.

People are so quick to conclude the building is a GTBank but even the OP never said so which is correct, there is no GT branch on that building.

Finally, forget your zone 5 story and try to move around the city from time to time.

Having started with Mr. Chinox from the very first month he opened a thread here by way of a recommendation from the Car talk thread, I have only seen nothing but downward drop of service! I was thinking people who live and do business in America would have a better value of service, but I was proved wrong here.

The level of mediocrity has been soo alarming that it seems we are all helpless and need to beg to pay for a shipping service. No matter how cheap your services are, I cannot use it anymore. How can someone who collects my money before I even see my goods not respond to over 20 emails, calls or texts messages just to resolve an issue? Tufiaaakwa!!!!

It has to go to Forza Horizon 2 on XB1 handsdown! I love racing games and i have played quite a number from GT to NFS and Burnout paradise but Forza Horizon is just too beautiful man, just the looks of those cars are breathtaking...as good as lifelike and the scenery is something else. Go check it out man.

Hello Guys...
I just wanna throw in a quick positive review from my experience using this guys service here. I have a US import Xboxone and so I have had to use a stepdown transformer which has failed a couple of times plus i hated the noise that stuff makes so i decided I needed a GENUINE direct 220V xbox1 Power brick from the UK to match our voltage here in Nigeria.

He bought one for me from ebay.co.uk and from the day i paid, it took just about 8 days to get to me in Abuja and it cost me just 6k.
Dude was very transparent and always, always sent updates via BBM up till the day i picked it up. I am a very happy customer.

I Highly recommend his pre-order services and I sure will use him more often.

All consoles come with an internal HDD.To check the space of your Hard drive. Go into the 'Settings' on the PS3 Menu, then into 'System Settings'. Then scroll all the way down to the near bottom of that sub menu to 'System Information'. Enter it and you will see info like what version your ps3 is. IP address for internet, and how much space you have on your hard drive.

Example it would look something like '86GB / 120GB. the external Hdd would only be needed to store more games and movies. dat u wld have to buy urself . just make sure its a 2.0 hdd and must be formatted to fat 32 otherwise it wont show on the console .

On the jailbreak, i must ask if u have upgraded it past 3.55? if yes then the console must be be downgraded to 3.55 so that a custom firmware can be used to jailbreak the console .if u reside in benin or its environs , i could send u a guy's no he could help with the downgrade and jailbreak of the console.

Sorry bro, but the bolded is not correct. Once Your Console has been upgraded past 3.55, there is no way of downgrading it hence there is no chance of jailbreaking the ps3 using a software method so his only option will be a jailbreak via Modding (involves opening up the ps3 and soldering) That is a professionals work or you could mess up your console
