Anyone who knows Abuja will perfectly understand this unfortunate irony where thousands of workers troop from the suburbs into the Central Area while there are estates lying fallow in same place. Do you know the cost of latest MRI machine? Do you know the cost of equipping the laboratory to world standard? Do you know the cost of world class theatre? And they are installing 2 theatres. Hospital is not just the bed. I believe its a clinic that will be used by the president and presidents of other african countries. It will be contaminant free, zero infection hospital. If you know how much it costs to achieve this, you won't type 1 bed for 1.5bn.
