Imagine that Buhari used Osinbajo to win western votes in 2019 knowing fully well that he has issues with academic qualification. After the election someone approaches the court and Osinbajo is disqualified. To replace him, Buhari then picks El-Rufai since they're from the same party APC.

The westerners will feel betrayed and cheated but their complaints will be target "wailing" because Buhari's attack dogs will tell everyone that Buhari has not broken any law but acting in accordance with the constitution.

Similar thing played out with appointment of service chiefs with most of them from the president's area.

with this ammendment, using your case analogy, the west will always provide someone without blemish in education qualification so that the like of osibanjo will not be replaced by El Rufai. Its a good law. You can't visit the sin of the deputy on the governor. It's very unfair. Another one they should look at is the sole power of the presiding officer to cancel or uphold votes. There should be a higher check on the P.O which shouldn't be the court.

After reading comments on pages 1 and 2, i cringe. We have a serious problem at hand. Our youth are completely useless. 99% didn't read the content. At all. Few couldn't even comprehend the topic. I have been in this situation before. I had to pay 10k to the dealer just to get the number and I paid 35k to cha ge it to my name. That's 45k. Getting a new number afresh is 55 to 60k. All that is fact. I'm not stupid so stop being stupid.

i moved plate number from my former camry to my avalon for just 15k as far back as 2014. New abuja plate number for sedan is 37k. How you guys get wrong info is what i don't understand. There is nothing like former owner trying to avoid registering a new number. The law says the plate number belongs to him. What are you still arguing. The reason why he's asking for the license plate is because the new car he just bought didn't come with one and he is looking at the option of taking back his old license plate that way he won't have to pay the exorbitant fee for applying for a new license plate but you will pay it when you do.
Moreover, your current license plate is registered to your car if you check it on frsc system so why will you want to give it away? You obviously cannot register a car that is already registered unless you go through the back door. Why will you want to commit a crime for this person? Is he worth it?

I dislike ugwuanyi cos he is a useless governor. However, this write up lacks coherence. Is it that people do not read anymore or do not have the slightest comprehension of what they read. His annoyance is that the governor didn't recognise his own group. The question he should be asked is what was he expecting from the governor? Money? Is your engine V6 or 4 cylinder. If V6, that 4 litre oil you put was grossly inadequate. V6 engine takes 6.1 liters. 4 liters will not even show on your dipstick. I wonder which mechanic you use. If V6, that 2GR-FE engine has factory error where an oil hose slips off a pipe, discharging engine oil. People corrected it by replacing the rubber hose with metal. However, i doubt its the case with yours as the oil will spill everywhere and result in engine knock if in motion.

the hard start is from P0118, Engine coolant temperature sensor. The one mechanics call cold start. Check the sensor and the wiring.
