Some things have to be taught at a very early age, then the players adapts them and personalises then to make it unique to himself.

You can't teach people to be like Zizzi (Zidane ), JJay Okocha, Ronaldinho.

Look at Olise and Eze you can't coach that you can only enhance it . Look at Benzema, Salah, these things are not taught just enhancrd what is already there.

There is no amount of coaching at the age of 22+ that will make Victor O begin to have the touch of Messi, Ronaldo and or Benzema. And or the technical Finesse of Mahrez or Tega Abraham or Salah.

These are technical skill sets if not established young are near impossible to institute afresh from scratch.

I remember Thierry Henry was already technical astute but Wenger took it to another level and made him a striker. The rest is history.

I have seen boys at 10/11 and you can see that the DNA to be a mesmerising technically astute "baller" is already there.

That's my experience and opinion.

. Osimhen is still one of the best in serial A. #FACTS#. I hear people saying technicality can't be learned in football. I differ completely because there is nothing impossible to learn once u set ur heart to it. Osimhen should just improve on the needed areas. His current attributes is amazing.

I think what coaches have learnt is on how to mark him out which I observed even from Ghana games to his present serial A games. we should stop this unnecessary comparison with Tammy. Tammy has his deficiencies also and I won't pick him over osihmen(##facts and sentiments apart).The goal is that we want our man to improve. He is still among the best in serial A and well rated.

Just get a good midfield combination( at least someone that can dictate play even if the person Is in obscure league)and a SOUND COACH that can make do with what we have. Today I can categorically say football is based on the coach. Gone are the days talent win football. Is still like a dream to me. How can Ghana coach use a set of disjointed team to win a Nigeria team? Seriously tactics matters.
