My Samsung A71 went off on it's own with about 10 percent left when I last checked it before sleeping. The screen is blank, doesn't turn on and even when plugged in doesn't charge. I have tried to hard reset it using the power and volume down button without success. I have also tried to hard reset it with the phone plugged in. Please does any one have a fix for this problem. I use a P15 Itel phone which I bought new I'm February. My challenge is that the phone charges very slowly. An instance is the phone gaining only 6 percent power when charged between 10pm and 6am. My Nokia 7.1 has an inbuilt ba3. I don't know but I doubt the fault is from the ba3. Like I said earlier, I have barely used the phn for a year, as it goes off, sometimes indicating phn shutting down in less than 10-15mins. Though a friend asked me to factory set the phone, but I don't know if that will help.

First boot it to safe mode, if it persist then it's definitely battery. If it stops, then do a factory reset
