That is the best headphones ever! pair it with Jet Audio (All plugins bought on any Apple or Android phone), kick back and hear music as intended by the recording artist. Game with it and hear you enemies approach from behind in real time!!!

Oh no. Your response to this thread reminded me of my dear headphones which I currently have lost. I replaced it with the Sennheiser momentum 4 but despite what people say about the momentum 4, I still prefer the Sony.

There aren't any temporary accommodation that I know of except Family, friends, hotels and air b and b.

You may have thought that you insulted me but No, I take the positives from your criticism. You have indirectly told me that I should have done it differently and I will look into that.
If you examine other pages aside the homepage, you would see that I collect data of number of people who access the page. The homepage collects the data while other pages display it at the footer. Only the home page counts.

If you have a better way of implementing that functionality without a backend in React, please advice. I know it's possible with NextJs. In fact,I have
rebuilt with Next. Will do the needful soon.

Thanks bro, you criticism has helped me to change one or two things on the page. But to be honest with you. I didn't copy paste code.

It's OK to copy and paste code. That's what we all do. Just know what they actually do.

Have you taken the laptop to FedEx, DHL, or and other courier companies and were refused such service? Abi you wan make another man go dash him own woman the lappy?

I tried them before. Nigerian customs made the recipient pay some some extra fees. Plus delays and all. Those were phones. I was really worried that they'll get missing.

If I'm buying laptop off Facebook here to save costs and get newer better quality than she would get from computer village at same price, and I pay close to £100 to waybill it, then there is no need buying it here at all.

Hello guys. I appreciate the loads of work put in here. Especially on the first page.

I'm trying to read up but have difficulty understanding most of the abbreviations used here. If someone can point me to any comment in the thread that says what these abbreviations are, I'll really appreciate that.

Thank you.

I wonder if he will accept it. In Peter Obi's voice "How will I use public funds to service and maintain private jet? What am I doing with private jet? The cost of servicing an average private jet in America is $150,000 a month, in China it's $120,000. In 4 years of one tenure, which is 48 months, I will have spent ₦5.04 billion naira. Where will I get money for teachers salaries? How will I service the debt?... "

A very welcome development.

Data cost about 2 euros (less than N1,500) for 100gb in the EU and environs the last time I checked.

We are being ripped off, although lack of adequate electricity supply is the major excuse for that, especially now that diesel costs have blown the roof.

Let us be guided please.

Components used for this project includes
.
1) 240v (9-0-9) transformer
2) 4 Diodes (no unit)
3) 1k/25v capacitor
4) 7805 transistor (regulator)
5) 0.1/25v capacitor
6) light emitting diodes (led)
7) USB port
cool a connection board
.
I first of all connected my four diodes in series, then my 1k/25v capacitor followed by transistor, 0.1/25v capacitor, light emitting diodes, USB port then my 240v transformer on the connection board, I read it with my meter and it gave me exactly 5v.
You can watch the video below

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsBzQxNc0ng
.
How do rate this my small project?

You did not connect the diodes in series. What you did there is known as a rectifier. Which converts AC to DC followed by the capacitors to smoothen the signal. The 7805 transistor ensures that you always get 5V output.

You have successfully carried out one of the EEE year 2 lab practicals.

Kudos!!!

NL does not have an API. You have to scrape and parse whatever data you need using libraries like scrapy/beautifulsoup/regex.

Nice.
If the op Felixitie would let me have the csv file, I might be able to predict the most likely section subsequent front page topics will emerge from.

This can Infact be used to score the admins of all the sections and classify them in a way that reflects what section Nairalanders are most interested in, the job of the mods, etc.

I am sure I will find high correlation between snake threads and lalasticlala.

I wonder if I've got time for that. But it would be a nice idea for anyone trying to learn some Machine Learning. grin

How did you get the data? Does nairaland have an API or you manually read the lines and reg expressions to get dates and all?

I encouraged my friend to go to Italy regardless. He has successfully crossed the border and is in Italy chilling as I type this.

This and many more is why you guys create difficulty for other African students, exploiting dire situations like this to advance your shady immigration moves. When we see the Polish border guards restricting access to Nigerians and to African students, we scream racism. Yet, people like your friend with this bad intention are the ones encouraging the kind of behaviour we see from the border guards. I hope your friend realizes this is wrong and try to do what is right.

What's shady about going to Italy instead of staying in Hungary?

What nonsense are you saying? My friend has already got someone in Italy who has already paid for his travel costs and want him to meet him. What bad intention? What dire situation is he exploiting? What shady immigration moves?

He's a legit immigrant, an international student. So he should rather remain in Ukraine or go back to Nigeria or what?

If you don't have something sensible to say, please just read and pass.
Travel / Advice Please: Nigerian Fleeing From Ukraine by Chuukwudi(m): 5:46pm On Feb 28, 2022
Hi Nairalanders,

My friend, a student in Ukraine alongside others fleeing managed to cross the Ukrainian borders into Hungary for safety.

He thinks it would have been better for him if he had ran into Italy since many of these countries are in sympathy and are willing to accept them, it would have been a nice opportunity. But the problem is that his passport now has the Hungarian stamp from the border.

My question is: Since Hungary and Italy are both Schengen countries, can he still get into Italy now for refuge?

Thank you very much.
I'd appreciate it if this gets to the front page.
