Hello Forumites,
I formatted my laptop and I need to download drivers for my DELL LATITUDE D600, I have visited dell website and gone to the support section but i cant seem to download the drivers. Whenever i go to any of the drivers section and click on download,what pops up is an application file which is not the driver itself.
If anyone has any solution or suggestion on how i could download these drivers,I will really appreciate it.
I need drivers for SOUND,ETHERNET,VGA,MODEM,WIRELESS

What is the big deal about the price Post it here for all to see.

I recently bought a Supposedly brand new Dell Latitude D600 battery from a shop(name withheld) in Ikeja,on getting home,i let it charge to full bars,and when i decided to see how long it would last,surprisingly it did not last up to an hour(just normal application,i didn't use the DVD ROM while checking it. I charged it again and same thing happened. I called the shop the next working day(Monday,i bought the battery on a Saturday)day only to be told that new batteries last just one hour or thereabout,which made me laugh.
So i would like to know if it is possible for a Brand New Battery to last just one hour,when it is supposed to last at least 2hrs 30mins or even 3hrs.I was planning on taking severe action against them but i need suggestions on this issue before i do anything hash.
I want to know if the there is a possibility of the battery being bad,or could the laptop cause the batteries not to last long?
Pls your advise and suggestions needed urgently.

Is it possible to use a DSTV card on a HITV strong decoder and dish?
Someone said it is possible to be used on the strong decoder that was purchased from HITV only that one needs to change the frequency and it would work.

First of all we not interested in bulk shipment we need material in 20fit containers and in FOB price; trial quantity is 1000 MT. and 100% payment by Bank Transfer by Ghanaian or Indian Bank.

Second Send us latest picture of material and maximum length of rail line is 1.5 meters allowed in India.

So please send FCO for HMS 1-2 1000 Metric Tons on company letter head with /seal & signature. So we will send LOI.

They mailed that they would be in Nigeria by 30th December to meet me before sealing the deal.
If you can source or help procure these materials then please holla me asap. No time to be wasted.

I saw a post by someone who claims to be a FIFA Licensed agent and who claims to have trials in BOSNIA & EUROPE and can assist with trials in Europe.
I would like to inform you all that he is a fraudster and he is out to scam all unsuspecting intending footballers. He cloned the email address of the REAL AGENT Mr Karalic Slobadan,his fake email address is:

while the real agents email address on FIFA's website is :

karalicslobodan@yahoo.com,

Notice the difference? the fake email address has 2 letter ii's in the KARALIICSOBODAN and the SOBODAN does not have an L ,while the real agents email has just one letter I in his email address and an L in the SLOBODAN; KARALICSLOBODAN
Please disregard the web link he posted in his post,it is a cloned link of the Original FIFA's website and is meant to lure unsuspecting players and Manager's alike.
He would ask for some amount of money in the guise of getting them Visas and tickets to come over for the trials for non-existent trials and tournaments.

They have not been pressuring me into making any payments, just that the tournament starts on Wed the 10th of November,and i want to be careful.
The agent initially sent us an invitation and asked us to get the Visas ourselves but i then asked him to get the Visas for us which he said the sponsor says he will take $100 per player for the Visa. My concern is that the Visas were scanned and the pictures on most of them are not clear enough,so i was wondering if it will pass immigration here in Nigeria.

@size12, Actually he charged $100 for the visas and we agreed that i will pay when we see the visas. Of course i have no intention of sending the money to him unless i confirm the authenticity of the Visas,even though the tournament is starting on the 10th of November 2010 which is just 3days from today. My other worry was that the account information he sent for me to make the payment to is a UK bank in Manchester,I have already mailed him about that and why the UK connection? My greatest worry was the scanned copy of the Visas and most of the pictures on them are not so visible. Like i read on Dubai immigration website the originals will be deposited at the DNRD dept in Dubai airport where we will go with the copy sent to us.
Since the Visas will have to be sent online, Please what do i ask the sponsor to send me?

We were recently invited for a tournament in Dubai and we got somebody there to get us Visas for the whole team.
The arrangement was that they would get us the visa and we pay after we have been issued and seen the visas.
They have sent us scanned copies of 10 of the visas and we are supposed to wire the money tomorrow after which the rest will be sent to us.
Please i need advice on where or how i can verify the visas before i wire the fees tomorrow. I really need to find out the authenticity of this issued visas. HELP AND ADVICE NEEDED URGENTLY
