twosquare: hell was he casted to.....is like asking why someone exiled from his own country shouldn't go back.he was driven to the lowest realm.Sorry sir, but satan was casted to the earth. The problem with christians is that we try to suit ourselves with the bible and who God really is. Now read Revelation 12:7-12 and stop saying satan was casted from heaven to hell. Thank you. |
twosquare: there will be nothing like evil or sin, because we shall be like God.....like i told you about where sin came from, it is from satan. Like you said in one of your post that satan his the father of sin, so also God is the father of righteousness. Everything is just about entering fatherhood also....satan fathered lies, sin, wickedness. He wants to be a Father like God, so he created his own version. Sin is just another kind of lifestyle that differs from that which God has laid down....it is an inferior lifestyle created or which was births forth in an angel that is anti-God.everything was perfect before satan sinned. Why do you think we perfect beings in heaven won't introduce an inferior lifestyle? Wasn't satan like God before he sinned? |
alexleo: I was going to give you my own answer until I saw this post of yours. Obviously this shows you are not here to reason with divergent views rather to stick to your already drawn conclusion even before opening this thread so believe whatever you want. Nobody is forcing you to believe in God. Its a matter of choice. What you choose is what you ll get at last.See me see case o! I carry you for mind when i create this topic? Na by force to comment? This statement really shows you will definitely give a useless answer. Thanks for keeping it to your self. At least you wouldn't have revealed the more how gullible you are. I only need bright minds here please fly away. |
cococandy: You're agnostic means you're open to conviction just like seun.OMG! Female atheist? The first time in my life. Tell me it's a lie |
finofaya: Wait. Wait. The bible tells us that we will be unfastened from all our worldly desires when we make heaven. What is this you are saying about there being temptation in heaven? You must be wrong. The bible says so.i guess satan wasn't unfasten of his worldly desires while in heaven. Let's be logical bro. Did satan have worldly desires while in heaven? Didn't he still rebel against God? |
twosquare: Satan was casted to another realm called Hell by the reason of Treason but ascended by tempting Adam, coz it's not a crime to tempt anybody....Adam willingly gave satan authority...when satan came to Jesus,he said all these has 'been delivered to me'(luke 4:6). Adam was only looking for a shortcut to glory, just to arrive at the same answer but what he chose was a disaster. Adam knew the person who came into the garden was an enemy but satan was wiser than him by bringing to Adam a colorful proposal. When he(adam) partook of the tree of knowledge of good&evil;he accepted a civilization,a government,an inferior kingdom.....when he fell(i.e lost authority),hell took over and the arrangement of governmental hierachy was rearranged, while man was at the receiving end.you are going back an forth sir. Please where was satan casted to after he rebelled? Is it not earth? Even though it's somewhere else aside earth, why was he deprived access to heaven but was given access to earth where man is? |
twosquare: no...there is a process of been sealed, which we're going through in this present age.so,when the riches of His Glory is being revealed, you will love God for who He is..... Satan was once called Lucifer(light bearer).satan means 'the accuser'.....i don't know how familiar you're with the Scriptures.Nobody tempted Lucifer,he tempted himself.....he wanted a position reserved for man&GOD said it isn't possible(hebrews 1:5,13.)If you say no one tempted satan, that means when we go to heaven, that same no one will tempt himself and we all go back to square-one. Even if satan tempted himself, that means evil and sin had been in existence in him. Now where did that sin or evil come from? |
mazaje: That is the problem with religion, it creates mythical and fictitious problems and later provides mythical and fictitious answers to the problems it created just to keep people in line. . . .WORD!!! Bro you hit the sword (nail too short) on the head. |
Ceasar1: I know. We are all laughing at the OP.bwahahahahahahahaha |
TheBigUrban2: Good question.thank you bro, the question de born pikin continuously. God created man on earth, saw no place to cast satan but on same earth(what about Jupita, Saturn and the rest? Or abyss sef) yet he placed the sins of father on us. I think God should try put himself in our shoes. |
tunwumi: You can as well add that who created God? Who is His father? How did He come to been?My concern is not who created God or satan but who tempted him. O.k let's say God created satan but my question is since God must have created him perfectly, who then tempted him or manipulated his thought. Please don't try to meander around the question by introducing another subject. Let's face the current arguement. Thank you |
I have been pondering over this time after time but have got no answers. Even so called pastors will only meander around the question and end up coming out with no answer. Now the question is this: If satan tempted man to sin against God, and we term satan the father of sin, then who tempted satan to also sin or rebel against God? Another Satan? If your answer is NOBODY, that means when we all have been raptured and gone to heaven, wont that same NOBODY tempt man to rebel against God again? And we will all start from square-one again back on earth. Please i need insightful answers only. Thanks. |
Nice writeup bro. Filled with humour just around the beginning alone. You discussed everything in details but at the point you didn't mention the name of the bank, only stating that the man was the "Deputy Managing Director of a Bank" - not branch but of the whole bank(no name) was where i said ahn ahn na, bros you don fail am o and then i knew it's not a real story - that it will end up being a dream. |
Adaeze003: I really don't wanna argue buh you're forcing my hand.Just like before, i strongly agree with your points but you are not getting me from the direction i am coming from. If a woman marries more than one husband, it is a sin and at same time not acceptable by the society. But if a man marries more than one wife, it is also a sin (according to the christian religion) but acceptable by the general society. Same applies to a woman who commits adultery and a man who commits adultery. That of men can only be condemned religiously but take religion off, it's becomes a norm and the general society overlooks it. Let me make reference to my previous instance which you tried to turn around. Murder and Stealing are both crime of unequal magnitude same way adultery committed by a man and that by a woman are both atrocities of unequal magnitude. That the society overlooks cheating by men means it's negligible compared to that of women which the society does not tolerate(thanks for that point). I think that explains it better cos it's the society(and nothing else) that can distinguish what is right from wrong. |
Adaeze003: What's wrong is wrong man! No two ways about it.I strongly agree with that. A thief and a murderer does what is wrong but their penalties differs. What is wrong is wrong but some are "wronger" than others. Cheat is cheat but a woman cheating is more an atrocity than a man's cheating. Sin is sin but not all sins are forgiven (if you are a christian). Thanks |
LaRoyalHighness: Dominion city... NTA road... PH city.but i no deh see you for church |
OCTAVO: I like your sound and mature analysis! Most people don't know what it feels like to live under someone. The brother needs the job most, he needs to start his own life too. For how long will he continue to depend on his elder brother? He needs the job. Thanks bro. That's just exactly the right thing to do. No second thought and no sentiment. |
afrobaby: You people will not kill me on nairaland, His brother my foot. What can 60k take care of, oh, I see, when the brother gets the job, he will give the salary to him abi? Abeg, make I hear word jare, whether the wife earns higher than you or not, if she wants to be rude, she will be, gbam. The brother needs the job more than the woman. The woman is settled(with her family) but the guy needs that job to start life. If the brother misses that opportunity, he might never meet another in future. But if the lady misses it, she is married already. I'm a man and i know what it is to stay under someone's roof, feeding and depending for money. How long will that last? If i ask you, will you date a guy who is living under someone's roof, feeding and collecting pocket money. Haba, person dey pass something na. The wife has achieved all she needs to achieve - she's married! The brother is a man, he needs start his own life. Use your church mind judge am my dear. Today na sunday o |
Adaeze003: Uhm... I only asked a question. If you don't expect your wife to cheat under any circumstance then do not cheat yourself. Cheating is not gender specific.Cheating is gender specific. If you are a christian like me, you will know the account of Solomon who had up to 1000 women. God has made man polygamous even though the christian religion condemns it but that has been the nature of man from the onset. I will like you to know that If a man cheats today, tomorrow he can absorb that woman as a second wife and everything gets to norm. But if a woman cheats, she can't absorb her cheating partner as a second husband. You check am na. Though cheating is cheating but don't compare men's cheating with women's because the former can be overlooked or seen as a norm. |

OP, you definitely know nothing about Men, sex or marriage. Though you got some points, but you lost them at certain instances. For example when you said men don't like Good women - that's a fat lie. In as much as men needs a woman who is machine on bed which we can most times term as Bad Girl, a man also needs a faithful woman. A man needs not only a wife or bedmate, but a mother in a wife. One who can mother him and his children. Men needs a woman that possess the quality of a good mother. We don't need that bad girl who is likely to cheat. We don't need that girl who cant inculcate good morals in our kids. I am a man and i can stand out to tell you this. You haven't sat around married and unmarried men to discuss about relationships and marriage but i have so i can tell you more if you wish to know. Also i will tell you that a men don't like having sex with who they love. If a man is not married to you but loves you not for sex, he feels bad when he lost control and eventually have sex with you. Now what i'm saying is that a man who does not love you for sex must feel bad each time he has sex with you. I have looked within myself and noticed that i never love any lady whenever sex was my priority. I might like her but...no love. Having sex with one you are not married to is degrading and that's why you have to pay prostitute for services and that's why guys must pay their girlfriends in cash. I believe girl you truely love is like a sister to you. Having sex with her is hurting her. Sit down with men and you will learn |
Let's keep this thread lively |

bigfrancis21: You made a point. 'O' is used in Igbo to represent pronouns for human beings. However, it has always been 'agalacha/agaracha'. It has always been pronounced that way. Pateince Ozokwor says that in her films. I've never heard 'ogaracha' or whatever you're trying to make out of it before. Ask any proper Igbo person and hear what they'll say.lol. you are the learner. I have been hearing of agaracha long b4 i knew the right thing is ogaracha. If i want to speak, i use agaracha but if i want to write i use ogaracha. It's same as people using "wanna" when it means "want to" in formal English. No go talk agaracha for Igbo exam o. Else na F9. Agaracha na street talk. Just sit down and learn boy. |

bigfrancis21: Some of your spellings aren't correct. Eg,It is O garacha not A garacha. "O" is the igbo pronoun for "He/She/It" in this contextual usage and not "A". In igbo, you say "Ogba-oso - "Runner" not "Agba-oso". We might be both correct based on dialectal difference. But I used central igbo there. Secondly, agbacha is central Igbo agbasia is correct as well but the only error I made is spelling gwuo instead of guo and thanks for that. |
