They have serious problem at respecting people's culture, way of life and stance.
A X tian can make fun of her religion by acting as a cporn star nun and absolutely nothing will happen. Muslims don't tolerate that and if you find that hard to understand, Fucƙ up first publicly with YOUR REAL IDENTITY, and not all these social media bluffing and see how you're made to learn your lessons - THE HARD WAY. "...they have serious problem at respecting people's culture"?? Which stupid culture? Culture of jihad and terrorism?? Get out, boy! So, if you know someone's real identity in enugu, for instance, you'll go there are attack him?? That useless threat is only for people staying in your God forsaken region. You can't dare that in other people's state/region, otherwise you'll realise no one has the monopoly of violence. |

mozele: basic needs needed are engine number, pictures of the body of your vehicle as well as the dashboard, value of your car, and the premium.
Like some of the clients i have handled while working with AXA Mansard, I just tell them to either come to the office premises with their vehicle or I and my team go to meet them to get the valuation and data capture done.
Everything needed is in your car already.
A certificate of insurance is then issued within 3 working days.
there are currently two types of auto-insurance: comprehensive and third-party. Both depends on your financial capability.
Cheers. Can you tell us more about the comprehensive one? I just bought a car for a relative in Nigeria and would like to insure it, as i learnt the streets are currently red in the country |
Car Talk › Re: Break Failure Experience ( Pix ) by ChybuzzDD(m): 8:36am On Jul 26, 2023 |
WeirdAlien: On a level ground every gear has an ideal engine rev speed, usually close to your idle engine rev. If you gas down on that gear and release the throttle, the engine will force itself back to that rotational idle speed. So if you're moving, each time you release the gas without matching the brakes, your car will slow down due to engine resistance. It's called engine braking. But if you put it in neutral, the car will keep rolling until gravity prevails on it. When you switch off your engine normally, it forces itself to stop rotating, so if any of the gears are engaged, the engine will eventually force the car to stop, even if it was going down a slope. The lower the engaged gear, the quicker the car will stop. There's some physics behind it. Manual drivers will relate more.
So if everything else fails and you can't stop the car, switch off the engine. Power steering will become very heavy but your adrenaline rush will give you strength. Beware not to lock your steering wheel with the ignition key. Switch off the engine with the car in motion? |

It got to a time that i ran away from where i was living, i was just 12years. I stole #200 because the woman i was living with refused to give me food. I almost died. I had a nasty expirience p Don't listen to the people that are pushing you to forgive the woman that calls herself your 'mother'. Most of them are females and are always sentimental towards their own gender. The woman doesn't actually merit that mother status in your life. Forget her and focus on the people who're currently taking care of you. She only started calling you because she needs some financial help from you: A typical female behaviour |

opeey: The circular holes distribute the force evenly, maintaining the stool's strength. The holes also prevent the formation of a vacuum between stacked stools. The question is not about why there's a "circular" hole on the chair. It's about why there's a hole on the chair. Are you telling us if there were no hole at all, weight wouldn't be equally distributed and the chair would break easily? Which scientific law or principle justifies that? |
Nairaland General › Re: What Is The Importance Of This Hole? (Photo) by ChybuzzDD(m): 2:59am On Jul 25, 2023 |
Puss360: The hole is for Structural integrity of th stool when you sit... If u notice, it is always round. If it were square, pressure from your weight while sitting will begin from the "Square edges" and cause the chair to crack... But as it is round, the pressure is evenly distributed... Your explanation doesn't make sny sense to any enlightened mind. You're talking about its role in structural integrity, and you dwelled only on its shape being round or square. How about if it were absence? How would the absence compromise the integrity and stability of the chair?? There are some without that hole and they're still stable Moreso, how does its presence confer stability or maintain the integrity of the chair?? The overwhelming number of people who liked the post is a testament to the number of dumbheads we have in this forum. Many must have done so because they saw the 'f' tag on your name without actually digesting the meaningless stuff you wrote there, and that's a shame |

Family › Re: Consequences Of Having Many Children In A Bad Economy? by ChybuzzDD(m): 7:01pm On Jul 23, 2023 |
ibechris: Having many children in a bad economy can lead to various consequences, including:
1. Financial strain: A bad economy often implies limited job opportunities, lower wages, and increased unemployment rates. Raising a large family in such circumstances can impose a significant financial burden on parents, as they struggle to meet basic needs like food, clothing, education, healthcare, and housing for every child.
2. Limited resources: With a bad economy, resources become scarce, and families with many children may struggle to provide adequate resources for each child. This can result in compromises on education, healthcare, and extracurricular activities, affecting the overall development and opportunities available to the children.
3. Increased poverty: Raising many children in a bad economy can push families into poverty or exacerbate their existing poverty. Poverty affects the quality of life of both parents and children, leading to inadequate nutrition, lack of access to healthcare, housing instability, and limited opportunities for upward social mobility.
4. Limited future prospects: In a bad economy, parents may struggle to save money for their children's future needs, such as college expenses or starting a career. This can limit the opportunities available to the children and hinder their ability to break out of the cycle of poverty in the long term.
5. Education challenges: A bad economy often impacts the education sector, leading to budget cuts, reduced resources, and overcrowded classrooms. Children from large families may face difficulties in accessing quality education due to limited financial and academic support, potentially affecting their future prospects.
6. Strained emotional well-being: Financial stress and the inability to provide for all children's needs can lead to increased parental stress and tensions within the family. Children may also experience higher stress levels due to the lack of resources, witnessing their parents' struggles, or feeling neglected or overlooked.
7. Limited parental time and attention: Raising many children demands substantial time and attention from parents. In a bad economy, where parents may need to dedicate more time to work or multiple jobs to make ends meet, the ability to provide individual attention, support, and guidance to every child may be compromised.
It's important to note that these consequences can vary depending on factors such as the specific economic conditions, the social support available, and the resilience and adaptability of both parents and children. I think you should have started by defining what you meant by "many children". But it's never too late. So, what number is actually "many" |

Jman06: I believe nobody should be beaten over food theft in this economy, instead they should be made to do an amount of work commensurate to the cost of the food item either for the owner or for another person who will eventually pay for the stolen food item.
As long as it is food that is just enough to feed the thief or the family, there should be some leniency. If the person steals large quantity of food or other items with the intention of selling for money, he/she can then be treated like a criminal.
People are going through a lot and hunger bad I support this wholly It's quite insensitive of Nigerians to beat, worse still, burn a man who only steals food to feed his hungry family under this very bad government. People should try as much as possible to help one another, at least, since they have decided not to confront the evil government and her satanic policies. |

Kobojunkie: The country has been trading national progress for the sake of the poor for decades now and what has been the response from the poor in that time? To breed and multiply like rats. The population of Nigeria is expected to Ballon to over about 370 million in the next 25 years if current trend continues. Before the removal of subsides , the situation was already bad for the poor. Do you think it is going to get back 25 years from now if no drastic changes are made to correct the many problems in the country now?
2. The poor need to change. And adversity typically presents the best opportunity for the change needed. Stop this thrash; the so-called drastic changes are not going to improve their lives. Nothing good will come out of them. The people are just going to suffer in vain eventually, and that's very unfortunate. |

NVera: Good day everyone. With the unbelievable increments in almost everything in Nigeria, how does the poor survive? Most people were complaining when petrol was #200plus, now it is #600plus. A bag of rice can barely be purchased by the average family, some people are being paid peanuts as salaries, they are barely surviving. With hope they keep believing things will be better, but the price of basic things keeps skyrocketing as if armed men are chasing them. How do people earning #20,000, #30,000 per month survive? Some families with 3 to 4 kids, how will they survive? The cost of daily transport alone is killing, do our leaders ever consider those living below par, how they survive? The poor are getting poorer, everyone is complaining, people are frustrated, most people can barely see what to eat.
The poor among us, what should they do? Because with all this it's just like they are saying the poor should go and die. It's quite saddening to imagine what such people are currently going through in Nigeria. |
