Chygoz01: As an igbo soldier how do you guys feel when they tell you to go and kill innocent villagers and burn down there houses in your place just like what is happening in ehime mbano now in imo state
Any soldier of Igbo origin who takes part in such activities or fail to oppose them, considering how deeply divided the country is ethnoreligiously, is useless and a prodigal son.
Only such a useless son would partake in such things without asking why his colleagues don't do the same when similar incidents happen in the north or southwest. As in, why would you be asked to burn houses in the southeast, but the same commander or whatever won't give you the same instruction when it happens in other places, and you fail to ask questions?
Our people must begin to learn how to live in a highly ethnoreligiously divided country like Nigeria.
Mynd44: Campaign after election is a waste of our collective time.
I thought you're a Mod and shouldn't be seen taking sides?
I strongly suspect you're the biased Mod who quickly bans me and others here whenever a comment is made against APC or Tinubu or when your tribalistic brothers are paid back in their own coins.
If that's the case, you need to stop it, and if you want to take sides or start baring your tribalistic fangs, you need to first stop being a Mod.
nairalanda1: The harsh truth is that our universites are broke and broke and broke.
The harsh truth also is that even with the fee increase, that is still chicken change.
Whenever ASUU goes on strike, everyone tells them to shut up and go back to work. So they do. Meanwhile the university system remains cash strapped.
In 2009, Government made a promise. By 2013, Government was saying they could not keep that promise. At the end, universites remain cash strapped.
If we want FIRST CLASS UNIVERSITES...we have to pay FIRST CLASS FEES.
Heck, the then VC of ABU in 2018 made a speech where he pointed out that his overheads for the university were N600million. Government was giving him 120million of the funds needed. Where was he going to find the rest of the money?
P.S : ABU is a very large university by landmass and space. Visit the place, and you will see why their VC has to raise fees to find money for the place.
Always crawling from one post to another, defending rubbish!
How far about the petrol subsidy removal and naira floating you vehemently, albeit, ignorantly defended then
Hope Nigeria is currently faring better with them?
Oluseglon: Doesn’t equate to forex. People use different exchange platform to send money to their local accounts back home. We maintain our foreign account. Sell what we need to use back home and wire directly into Nigerian account and dispense using bank apps, internet banking etc
Don't generalize what you do as what everyone does.
Many of us directly send dollars to Nigeria, either directly into domicillary accounts or for pickup, and both are withdrawn as dollars by relatives.
hollandis: Please just for the sake of us we wan japa. This is an embarrassment bike.Stop this nonsense court case .CSU said thiefinubu Graduated what else u want ?
If you decide to forgive him, what then would you do with the millions of Nigerians scattered in various prisons in and outside the country with similar and relatively milder crimes
TemplarLandry: Hellu Pee scavengers are still angry we Nigerians rejected HoeBee the lying machine. Wonders shall never end.
How has your ethnoreligiously influenced rejection of a comparatively better candidate and blind acceptance of a corrupt fraudster helped you and Nigeria so far
The country will never remain the same after that old, corrupt criminal has finished his presidency.
The judiciary will now be issuing judgements in such a way as not to implicate him.
Throughout his tenure, no case of certificate forgery, drug trafficking, and many other crimes will ever be convicted
The question now is whether things would normalize after his tenure?
Nigeria and Nigerians are in for a rough ride, and this is going to have tremendous effects on everyone irrespective of party affiliation, ethnicity and religion.
tonicyril: Stop telling me ur stupid views.... When u get a daughter, pray she fall from her mother back...hymbecyle...
If u quote me again satan go puni.sh you
See this moronic village boy.
One of my sisters accidentally fell off of my mother's back during her infancy, but today, she's happily married with kids.
So, a girl child who falls off her mother's back in your village won't be able to marry and bear children in the future, but another that suffers the same incident in France, for instance, will be able to marry and have kids.
Who's responsible for implementing these consequences/penalties? God? Satan? Your powerless ancestors who couldn't solve their basic problems??
Do you guys reason at all??
Dumbheaded superstitious believers like you are the reason Africa is not making any technological headway even in the 21st century.
tonicyril: I don't think it's peculiar to yoruba culture alone U can make findings from the elders from ur tribe, they will tell u more, they can even share an experience with u.
The problem with we youth is dhat we don't seek knowledge from the elders, we think we know more than them just because we went to the uni.
Stop believing in stupid superstitious beliefs and myths
Kingdemu: Imagine this pig coming here to spew trash as if na him be the OP. Useless SoB. Carry your frustration go one side. I pray the Nigerian Army gets a hold of your blokos.
Is that all you've got, you stinking cockroach?
Does your Nigeria have a military or a group of poorly trained, poorly equipped and poorly motivated terrorists of mostly Fulani extraction
gaby: You spoil my water pump come dey insult me join.
You must not come close to my house or else. And your mum is leaving at the end of her current lease.
You think say na the way una dey come here dey insult una papa agemates without any repercussion na so e be for real life.
I must deal with you...
Make nobody beg me for here oh...
Not when you meet your match, bros
This you has been suffering the consequences of that leaking pipes alone in his flat, with the landlord turning a deaf ear to all his pleas. The landlord only came out because the spoilt pumping machine has personally affected him. That's selfishness, if not wickedness He or you won't find it easy with someone like me, honestly. Who you
I won't have any problem with you following the legal procedures of giving quit notice, but you can't stop me from living in or entering the compound until you perfect the quit notice.
This nonsense by this useless, terroristic Nigerian army in the southeast has to stop! Enough is enough! How many civilian property did they burn in Niger state when bandits shot down their aircraft and killed over 35 soldiers?? This impunity must stop. One day they'll be confronted and made to realise how weak, vulnerable, and cowardly they've been.
Princejydo: Good afternoon nairalander, pls in my apartment, the bore hole is sunk besides the soakaway and now the soakaway is full, and the water is usually coming out especially during the raining season. I want to ask that is it safe to drink the water. Though we have been drinking it since I got there around 2019 but now the soakaway is full and the caretaker has refused to do the needfull
The recommended distance by the WHO between a borehole and a toilet is at least 30metres.
Yours is far less than 30m, and is quite dangerous.
Ceceking: Talking from experience, I drive a sienna with a 2gr engine, Yes talking about speed and stability, the 2gr has it over the 3mz but as per maintenance...no no no, it's not cheap to maintain, Fuel consumption is high, it takes me 15 litres of fuel to go on a 60klm journey while a normal 3mz would consume less than 10 litres, any slight thing to fix in the engine will require it being brought down completely as it has a timing chain other than a belt, The 2gr is prone to overheating once it overheats , definitely your top gasket is gone and engine needs to be brought down to change just top gasket ...
I had my own fair share of the troubles of a 2gr but no doubt it's a nice engine only if you don't put the car to stress everyday, just good for personal use ...
It has speed and is rugged
You're very correct, man!
An RX 350 i just bought last month as a returned to Nigeria got overheated today and developed a burnt gasket, and the mechanic said he would bring down the engine to replace the gasket.
What's your experience with gasket replacements by Nigerian mechanics, abeg?
I heard cars start having issues, especially these 2gr engines, once our mechanics work on them.
jeromestarks: Honestly, this set of Igbo people (aka obidients) are really violent people. I am an Igbo guy but I have stopped talking about Nigerian politics for fear of being killed.
Why are we so stupid? Is this how to play the game? Is violent the solution? No!
Look at what they're doing to The President of Illinois. They took their stupidity beyond the shores of Nigeria. I heard that a traditional ruler in the East got killed because he celebrated Tinubu's victory. They see wise Igbos who aligned themselves with Tinubu as outcasts. Look at how aggressive these people are. Obidients will soon be named terrorists in Nigeria.
Tinubu won the election. It's as simple as that. Obi should keep his people under control before they get out of hand.
If you obidients continue like this, Igbos will NEVER rule Nigeria. Never!

Pakute: 90% revenue for debt servicing, 77trillion naira debts, $3billion foreign reserves, a depleted ECA, yet some akpu heads want subsidy to continue, enemies of the state dem.
You're very stupid and senseless
Who did the borrowings and amassed all the debtd?
Fools like you were clapping for the previous government which incurred all these and insulting those who were criticising it for being clueless.
Now, you're sheepishly blaming the same people who warned you about these consequences
