As am looking at our minister now, it like he is wearing a garment of lies on.
Although, all this billion dollars, not even naira for a train construction, is not going to be completed before 2019..
But will go a long way in providing job opportunities and reducing the monopoly of road transport system of Nigeria.
It also help our roads to last long..
IFF (if and only if) all these proposed project by our minister is not a Lie..

The better question any sincere person should be asking is why these demands of ASUU were not cleared by the last guys who headed the govt when the country earned over 5 times what it is earning currently.

So, it's all about blame game?
It' make's no sense to say that Rome was built by incompetence set of people, and also that all the accumulated debts can't be cleared in a day is what i didnt dispute..
But it makes sense that the govenment aint doing anything pertainin' education from the inception..
