Foreign scholarships during Kwankwaso were without favoritism. [b] That was another way of looting money.. What happened to Nigerian nursing school.. Dont you think it would have be wiser to save more money, if they were giving the scholarship to study nursing here in Nigeria.. Be Economy wise first. Rabiu kwankwaso is earning froming the scholarship bro..

ONYEKAfra: How do I use this connection, pls, advice me. I was in an interview and I met an General Manager that knows a manager in my former place of work. Both are from same country, but the point now is: the coy Gm said that position sensitive that why they were using a recruiter. I have call the manager in my former place of work, informing him of my encounter. He said he can speak with him, but fear is that I don't want to spoil the chance
What should I do, since the position is sensitive, may be they don't want influencing There is nothing to worry about, if you are using your former GM as your referee.. Atleast he will be more intrested hearing what his friend will say about you.. |

Chommieblaq: No goals, no particular industry in mind... Some writeup just make me shake my head and roll my eye. This is Nigeria not just another country, most workers are not in their line of job or doing a job they love, in most cases you don't have a choice than to take the available (that's if there's any). Go to our banking sector, it's filled with people that it's not even their line and it's not as if they love but what can one do than make the available the desirable. Nigeria kills people dream and ambition. Yes, most of us looking for job don't have a particular type of job in mind, we just want to work and earn money to be able to provide basic amenities for ourselves, Are we forgetting the age discrimination in most recruitment now. The age limit for entry level in most organization is 26, many are are less. Access bank age limit for entry level is 24 and some others that are less. I'm 28, finished serving in April, even before I finished serving I have been applying, did a course in my field, yet nothing and the age limit issue is frustrating. Mind you I'm not getting younger. So if I see a job that the pay is ok, I shouldn't take it because it not what I want abi? I have one simple belief i.e '' should we remain in search of work were opportunity are plenty.. If there is no work YOU CREAT ONE.. Everything is step by step.. Everyone should have to develop a skill.. Channel your education into that skill and thank me later. . . With love.

You had your points YERIMA, AND ALSO SPEAK SOME SENSE FOR THE FIRST TIME..
ALL YOU SAID WERE GOOD BUT THE ENDING PART SEEMS TO TARNISH YOUR WRIT UP "While we do not see this clamour for Biafra as an issue over which a single drop of blood should be shed, we at the same time, insist that the Igbo be allowed to have their Biafra and for them to vacate our land peacefully so that our dear country Nigeria could finally enjoy lasting peace and stability."
Don't think that you guys should be able to vacate all the Igbos in the North..
The real thing here is that Nigeria should let the Igbo's to have there independence, or better still call them for a referendum to let them state there agitation and know whether they are staying and their terms living together or else let them to secede from Nigeria.. But that won't guarantee they should forfeit all their choice property and investment in the North..
My one pence

The problem is that the youth have failed to take the mantle of leadership, by being lazy enough to do nothing when the old buffons, we call the political elites (my ass) stole their patrimony and futures ahead.. It's a thing of eyesore to see our brothers from the north drinking kunu and kindirmo doing nothing, but get jealous and sending hate speech when their fellow brother is prosperin'. The once doing Alaye in the west can't put there heads down, even when send to school they turn to celebrity cultist that comes out openly to meet there Oba's... Even my Igbo brothers some times dey make the actualization of the ßiafra not to hold water.. Honestly! i didnt get what's wrong with todays youth... May be we are end time youth... Shey! world war III is loadin' maybe then the youths will be useful... |
