Hello,m also 31 weeks but team Feb sha. Went to do an ultrasound scan this week and was told my baby is breech but dre's still time for the baby to turn. Pls can anyone tell me things i can do to make the baby turn to the head down position.

Pls don't worry. Baby will eventually turn. I was in same situation thru out most of my pregnancy with sometimes unstable presentations and baby eventually settled down cephalic position @ about 33 weeks. The Lord is ur strenght. But if u wanna try, there are exercises recommended for spinning babies. U can google about them. It is well

You crave all drinks? Na wa o! The highest that have worked for me is nutriC and if I drink too much,it will bring cough and I will start to wee wee for body as I cough( I no dey take am outside) and the next minute na to go vomit am . The funniest thing is I divide the 20naira satchet into like 5places .it must be very light like water else I won't be able to take it so it's just as if I dey colour my water.

Amen dear, I dey fine o. The pushing hasn't bn easy but thank God all d same. The Milo thing na serious temptation for me oo and I fear so much for my baby's weight. Wish I cud take only water, I crave almost all drinks including soft drinks, wine, juice, beer, even lipton sef but I try to restrict myself to d milo thing and soft drinks though I also crave for ice cold water. I guess ure lucky wit dat

This dec is rili the fastest month to me sef that sometimes I still imagine I'm still 30 or 32 weeks
Well, January will soon be here. I pray we all carry to terms and deliver safely

Abdomen:
Few slightly dilated calcyges in Lt renal medulla with slight pain/tenderness over it.
No calculus seen within
Outlines are smooth
Respiratory mobility is seen
Measuring 101 x 58 x 24mm on d Rt
102 x 56 x 23mm on Lt
Corticomedullary diff + central sinus echoes are maintained
No adrenal mass, ascites, or calculus or peeirenal collection is seen

Liver is normal measuring 129mm in Rt mid clancular line
Mobile with resp and homogenously normal

Spleen is 90mm in its longest dimension
Homogenously normal in echotexture
Smooth in outlines
Respiratory mobility normal
Stomach and intestines seen within V/S limits

Pelvic:
Uterus anteverted smooth in outlines
Measures 47 x 36 x 44mm
Cavity empty
Myometrium homogenous in echopattern
Bilateral cystic adnexal masses
Measuring 40 x 13 x 20 on d Rt being L x Ap x width
30 x 28 x 31 on d 10:01:23 PM being L x hts x width
The left has a septum within it
POD and Adnexae are free
