About the killing of this Shiites, Buhari is responsible except if he wants to say he's no longer in control of them.

well it seems your brain has stopped functioning altogether, perhaps if you look at the situation from another angle, it will come back to life. Say you shot a man, will the police hold you responsible or your father(that's the closest to someone who is in 'control' of another)?
