Goodvibes007:What is your source? |

I agree with the poster 100%. As a man living abroad I've learned how to cook for myself out of necessity. My wife runs a tight schedule just like me, and I'm not the type who likes bulk refrigerated food. So I get on YouTube and follow the recipes I can find on how to make things I like. Now there is peace in the home because no one bothers each other for food. I'm not saying my wife no longer cooks but when I'm hungry or craving something in particular and my wife is not able to make it, I help myself. |
Seunpapa65:No be lie!!!🤣🤣🤣 |
Kingray10:Someone that says he has no job you’re encouraging him to have a girlfriend…..shey na san san dem go dey eat? |
The facts of this case are not very clear. Like some people have pointed out, it is hard to tell from the story what really happened, where it happened and how the 14 year old boy lost his life. Our bloggers can do better by presenting the facts instead of allowing people fill in the blanks on their own |
As much as i agree that Dangote has the right to employ people from any part of the country to work for him, the logic of this recruitment beats me. It is the same logic CCECC employs in bringing Chinese labourers to work on road projects in Nigeria. Part of what Lagos State should benefit from Dangote siting his projects in Lagos should be the employment opportunities Lagosians can benefit from such projects or is it that the labourers from Katsina have special skills which those in Lagos do not possess? Over to you Aliko! |
What about thuggery aka MC Oluomo(daily collection) and Politics, i.e how to switch from one political party to another. These are far more lucrative professions that those listed by the op |
He gets just one year in jail for all his crimes meanwhile in Osun State the boy that stole a chicken was sentenced to death. What type of criminal justice system do we have in Nigeria? It seems judges mete out punishment at their whim without any form of uniformity or guidance. |
There are always 3 sides to a story, in this case: 1.Her side 2.The police side 3.The truth Let’s hear the police side and then the truth will come out. |
Nasboi is my number one by a long mile |
dominique:Well said! The story is porous and lacks details. This reported must really be new on the job |
Thank God for once there’s no direct mention of Peter Obi in this man’s writing |
MT:That is entirely your opinion. I graduated from a UK university and i can tell you i know my stuff. You get exposed to a lot of technology studying in the UK which makes you ready for the job market. But having a degree like you rightly pointed out should not be an end in itself as you need to continue to develop yourself because the job market is really competitive. |
Justnation:This is a really sad development. I wonder what we have against our own people. Ajaokuta Steel Rolling Mill has been under construction like in for ever and now with Dangota saying he no longer wants to invest in Steel development i wonder the way forward for our country. In other climes the government does everything to encourage industrialists but not in Nigeria. |
Every time these so called APC chieftains speak they never fail to refer to Peter Obi and Labour Party in one way or another. Mr Joe Igbokwe, i am not a member of Labour Party, neither am i holding brief for Peter Obi. If you hear that people are gathering to protest, please know that they are protesting against hunger and the untold hardship which this present administration has brought on them. How is the present situation which the country is passing through the handwork of Peter Obi? Even you Joe Igbokwe, can you in good conscience say you are not aware of the hardship in the land? You and your ilks should be having sleepless nights discussing with your principal on how to turn things around instead this endless finger pointing at other people |
I’m surprised Reno has not blamed Peter Obi and his Obidients for this development |
The police spokesman said the main suspect confessed to being behind the Abj-Kad train hijack, why did he not show us where the suspect(s) confessed? |
immortalcrown:My thoughts exactly. Everything now is suddenly news worthy. Well bloggers must eat sha! |
If it was one of our slay mama’s over her in Nigeria the man would have found himself in the water. Or if they have a little misunderstanding the man would hear, “you that i carried across the river”….Naija women pls love your men unconditionally! |
A girl that has a boyfriend who can give her 250k to make her hair does not do yam business....people will lie to trend sha! |
I can totally relate with your story. I made my move to the UK at a similar age and trust me i was inundated by friends with “what are you going to do abroad at your age”. Like you rightly pointed out abroad there is nothing like “ageism”in the workplace, as in people making you feel old. As long as you can do the job assigned to you you are good to go. Here in the UK i go about without fear day or night which i couldn’t try in Nigeria. And given the fact that i did a sales job in Nigeria in which i had to travel across several states, the security challenge made that a though ask. So anyone who wants to leave Nigeria, the choice is yours and like that saying goes….who no go no know! |
I wonder why those talking to the man are asking him questions in igbo language. Did the man tell them he was with igbo people all the while he lived in SA? |
It’s always surprising how we choose what to compare in this country. Imagine an SSA comparing countries with robust economies with Nigeria passing through untold hardship to justify spending public funds for family members to accompany the president on a trip. I wonder when we will get it right if ever in Nigeria. |
This is one is fainting in advance before stealing money, usually his colleagues faint when ever they are called to give account |
These NBS people must be smoking Oshogbo weed. I don’t believe all the poverty and desperation in the land un-employment rate can only be 4.1% no matter the methodology used to calculate it. They should tell us why the former methodology put the figure at 33% two years ago and then with their abracadabra method it suddenly crashed so significantly |
Keyamo has had his turn and it is now time for other people. FFK, aka Mr. Short fuse, is a liability and he just move on. |
jmoore:So why are the shops not open then…as a neutral person in this matter i really feel sad for the common people whose businesses are impacted every Monday by this senseless sit at home order. I thought with the handwritten directive from Nnamdi Kanu to end the sit at home that things would return back to normal starting from today. I think the government and security forces have to find a way to reassure the people that it’s safe for people to go about their lawful activities on Monday and every other day. At the moment Simon Ekpa seems to be winning the propaganda battle. |
I will use the 1k buy anointing oil to use in praying for my divine helper to locate me |
nlfpmod:...and when you do all this other countries will fold their arms ba,Mr gbenusi! |
Is it only foods our ladies know how to cook...I am sure there are so many other records that are non food related which they can go for if they so wish |
inoki247:This is my position also...why destroy the vessel? There is no mention of what became of the stolen crude. This action is rather curious |
